  • We know that the Oregon Ducks are a loaded college football team, but the spring game started to prove their depth of talent with standout performances from running back Jay Harris and the secondary. Is Oregon's depth their scariest asset?

    The one thing I would add is kicking. Oregon has dropped a few games in recent memory because of shanked FG's and almost blew it in the Rose Bowl with short kickoffs. Every kickoff was 5 yds into the endzone and every fg/ep was perfect.

    Nice observation on Kenyon sadiq. He's going to be an X-factor in this offense. He's top 5 fastest guys on the team. Pretty special for a tight end.

    Had a front row seat to the game.. Dillon started out a bit slow and picked it up in the second half. The QB play as a whole was outstanding (mostly the second half) from all 4 QB's They all had impressive plays/drives. Lots of true freshmen played very well, be it WR to DB. I came away very happy and still excited for this coming B10 season. Attendance was over 40K again this year. Love it.. Lets Go!!! .. JPJ was also at the game wearing a Raiders Hat.. love it..

    The secondary was great but to me, the defensive line is really what shined. They were all over the QB's and had a handful of sacks in the first half. Granted they were going against some inexperienced lineman. To me that shows much more depth on the defensive line then the offensive line. Excited for the new conference matchups.
    Go Ducks! 🦆

      D Line certainly pushed back the O Line at times which plays into what I see about Dillon's ability to extend plays. This is a good looking defense on all levels.

    It was nice to see the team divided up like it was . It provided some favorable ( or unfavorable) matchups of veterans vs rookies ( especially along the line of scrimmage) , but that's what develops players the best.

    There were a couple plays in there where you saw Jabbar Muhammad make a Jabbar Muhammad play, and man it's nice to have him on our side now.

    Don’t forget about a young 19yr old RB Jayden Limar. He looks identical to 23yr old Blake Corum, he’s just 4yrs younger. He’s built the same way, has the same running style with the same unique vision, and he has the same running style where he refuses to be denied.

    Oregon has improved significantly in every position,especially the QB’s, receivers, and the secondaries. Our offense will always be stout. I love the Dillon Gabriel run the offense. It really showed Novosad is a much better QB than Moore. I have a feeling he will be The backup for Gabriel. Can’t wait anymore. Lez GO DUCKS🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

    This is the best analysis from a non Pac-12 based broadcaster or fanbase.
    Also let’s not overlook Gary Bryant Jr. he has been incredible at taking an out route style play and turning it into a 15-20 yard play. He’s so good at making that first guy miss. Saw it last year and a lot more of it in the spring game

    At some point the ducks will start relying on their outstanding high school db recruits, although Florence started last year, ducks have been transfer heavy at db positions

    • @DuckFanDane
      @DuckFanDane 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I mean they will at some point but obviously they have needed to rely on transfer recruits because the young, really good recruits that are defensive backs have needed time to develop
