Certainly looks like you just got that bike. Wish you the best on the road and good luck. Make sure to practice how to drive safe and fast through corners tho
Just thought id add this. Right at the start you had to brake quite a bit but you didnt really utilize the engine brake. That would be a tip from me to you since otherwise you will need to replace the brakes at like 15k miles if not earlier
@@Maerious_999 yeah i brake heavy at the start of my rides with the front brake to help get heat into the tire faster for better grip. Thanks for the info tho im new to road bikes and puttin alot of time and miles down so far!
@@motocolo125 Honestly never heard about that getting the heat into the front tire. I guess it could make sense. I normally just do left to rights to get comfortable and then get the tires to warm up a bit. Maybe you can try that aswell its really fun lmao
@@Maerious_999 Left to rights also work but braking will add heavy friction into the front tyre heating it up much faster just like acceleration (and braking with the foot brake) heats up the rear tyre. All of this at the cost of brake pads of course.
Very nice. That baby needs an exhaust. Let that CP2 really sing!
I know its so expensive tho and needs suspension work too
@@motocolo125 bro... an exhaust for a mt07 costs like nothing compared to european bikes.
@@jls.mp4 atleast $1500 for exhaust and tune needed. My truck exhaust cost me $250😂
nice video bro
thanks man!

@@Maerious_999 yeah i do some weaving too but braking creates more friction in the tires than swerving a bike from what ive read
