Our last Brown Derby experience was top notch. Our waiter was great, we left him a cast compliment. I had the grapefruit martini which was unique, and my husband had manhattans which were done well. The wine list was expansive, the food was great. We did the Fantasmic dining package and everything was amazing including the show. Also, I a Tallahassee native heartbroken over our Brown Derby closing when I was a young child. I think it’s closer to a 4/5 personally.
Just had a blood orange margarita from the outside bar and it’s fantastic on a hot day. It’s a better drink than anything I had all day yesterday in Epcot for the food and wine festival.
I always watch your reviews. You guys are always spot on. We did Hollywood Derby on our last visit and I was disappointed given the hype I would see from other reviews. It wasn't bad, it was just what it was. The bread was delicious but the Cobb Salad was soggy when we got it. The score you gave it was exactly on point. Thanks for all you do and we always enjoy your videos!
I wish y’all would have ordered the martini flight for drinks and the grapefruit cake for dessert. Phenomenal! That said, I agree that standard cocktails should be overwhelmingly good here and at that price point. I was also disappointed by no single sphere of ice. 😢
Aw I was looking forward to this one! My parents & I ate here a couple times for Thanksgiving dinner so it's very nostalgic :) It will always hold a special place but I agree I'm not sure if it's quite worth 2 credits on the dining plan. I feel like there is better value for that at some of the resorts.
Thanks for the side note about the Club 33 Lounge. I always wondered what became of the Catwalk Bar above the restaurant that was open to the public and was one of the very best places to grab cocktails at WDW. Now I know that it was converted to the Club 33 Lounge. Sad that I'll never get to go there again.
We had a reservation for Brown Derby last time we were there, but my nephew got sick, so we had to cancel. Hope to try it in the future. I'll keep asking...what about dessert? 😉🙂
We have gone to the Derby 2 times. Each time was "ok" Nice atmosphere. They really should rename it the Soggy Cobb Salad. My wife said that last time we went. It's gonna be a pass next time for us, too many amazing eateries to go to. Thanks for the review, spot on...We give it a 3 out of 5 Goofys...

I ordered the Cobb salad (the most expensive salad I’ve ever ordered) last month when we where there. It gets decently reviewed so I thought it must be worth the price. It was very soggy and didn’t taste good at all in my opinion, I couldn’t eat it. My daughter got the steak and it was very over cooked. I also think the waiter forgot about us, at least we had bread! If it wasn’t for the bread we would have been very hungry.
I really love your TH-cam and podcast posts (I listen to your podcast while sitting in the school pick up line😅), you both are the best! Our family moved to Winter Garden (Horizon West) from MN at about the same time your family did. And I love how relatable you are to us. We also purchased our home through the Pozek group. We didn’t know any realtors here in FL and based on how much you seemed to like them, we figured we would as well and we did! Thank you for all the hard work ya’ll put out it is definitely appreciated and very helpful! Hope to meet your awesome family one day while we’re in the parks! 🎢🎠👑

The dressing on the Cobb salad is French dressing. I have recreated this recipe at home.
