I experience similar issues and I have lost long term friends (14 years or more) because I was no longer fun and happy as I was due to a inconclusive autoimmune health issue. Did they accuse you for lying about a health problem?

I do have a TH-cam channel but no content, I have instagram though -> @sarahannenich | I was diagnosed after a year or so with rheumatoid arthritis, as I kept feeling tired, worn out, losing my concentration on things, & after further analysis & tests with my consultant, he told me that what I had. Yes I have noticed more recently that I am having scalp issues; dry, itchy & flakey scalp, no matter how many times I wash it, or what I use, still always have it, also suffer a lot of hair loss! I am sorry to hear that, it can be very hard when people walk out of your life because you can't do everything they do, & I have definitely experienced that, I don't get invited out anymore which is horrid. Most definitely, friends, family & work colleagues have all accused me of lying, and not believing me, I think that's been one of the hardest things, people judge you by the outside and forget how you may feel on the inside. I've actually hit the pan of Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused light... took me about 12 months. I used it every day. Was (IS) my favourite powder ever! Need to try the foundation and eye pencils now. I love-love-love how mature and calm you've become. You just became my favourite influencer on TH-cam! :)

Hourglass is one of my favorite brands! The Illusion Tint is brilliant- and I also love the Vanish stick. The brush that is sold separately is really nice as well. And I'm addicted to my ALP's- Dim and Diffused are wonderful. I'm so obsessed with the bronzers, I love that HG offers different shades for different skin tones. Great video. I got a mini one in a Sephora collection set, and it is absolutely amazing, both as a bronzer and as a contour shade for the eyes. I can definitely see myself purchasing the full-size when this mini runs out, though these powders last forever. I have a Dim Light mini that I got that is still going strong with weekly use for the last 8+ months!

The Immaculate foundation is one of my absolute favourite foundations. I have really oily skin which usually shines through half an hour after doing my makeup. I can go for hours with no shine with the immaculate and it's so refreshing - I don't tend to get any caking either so it's definitely a skin type thing.

Really enjoy this series Fleur. I would love to hear your opinion on YSL. I know you are a big fan of their mascara, and I happen to be a big fan of their lip products. I think I just need someone to tell me to stop buying them because while they're nice, price for product I could do better. The problem is they're so pretty!
Love this review! Only one I disagree with in the brow pencil- I absolutely love it 🙈 and although they are more expensive, it lasts SO long! Literally used mine daily for a good 7 months before I had to repurchase. The Brow Whiz is £15.50 for 0.08g of product, whereas the Arch Brow is £29 for 4g of product- you literally get 5x as much product for not even double the price. I think the Tom Ford one is 3G but can't remember the price 🤔

the hourglass mascara reminds me of a Helena rubinstein one I had years ago with the same sort of wand, I loved it and was gutted when it was discontinued, I'd love to see it make a comeback. I'll have to have a look for the hourglass one to try it.
I love Hourglass!!!!! One of fav high end blush face powder and lipstick. The lipstick sold me on the particular nude shade and how lightweight and moisturizing it felt. Love love love xoxoxo

Hi Fleur. I agree their powders are amazing and because they are cruelty free, I think I'll invest in one of their trios if they are talc free as well. I'm a fan of Tarte but some of their products are hit and miss. Have you any experiences to share? Not sure how available it is where you are. Also Charlotte Tilbury and Pixi Beauty if available where you are.

The Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in Ethereal Light is one of my favorite products ever. It's the only powder that works on my vampire pale skin without darkening my concealer/foundation underneath and without making my sahara desert dry skin look awful and flaky. Love it and will never need to use another powder EVER
I have swatched and gotten a deluxe sample of the Hourglass Girl Stylo and really liked the formula. Comfortable, hydrating, pigmented, pretty sheen on the lips. I do think it's a lot for a lipstick, but I don't think I'd regret buying a full-size of one.
Can't believe you didn't mention the primers! Along with their Ambient Lighting Powders I feel like they're known for their primers. Still love this though and was definitely helpful because I've been on the fence with the bronzers. I bought the Illusion Hyaluronic Skin Tint earlier this year but ended up returning it because it settled in the fine lines on my forehead pretty bad but the lines have been getting better since I changed up my skincare and I'm thinking of repurchasing. Some other brand ideas to do this for are Charlotte Tilbury, ByTerry, Jouer, Natasha Denona, and Tom Ford
I have the Dim Light by Hourglass and I got it since everyone recommended it on TH-cam out of everything. While I have hit pan with it since it's the only powder I have currently, I was kind of shocked no one mentioned that even those powders have big "chunks" of glitter in, so in certain angles you can see it on your face and it's not very flattering. Maybe OK for highlight, but not so much all over the face!
Only the other day I was thinking about buying one of the powders, but had no idea which one would be best for my skin tone so thank you!! I have a similar skin tone to you and think I might go for the trio x
I can totally understand why you didn't like the Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation seeing as you have dry skin. My skin gets super oily but that foundation works like a dream for me!
The immaculate liquid to powder foundation is actually really great if you know how to apply it. It lasts all day even through a workout on oily skin. If you have dry skin or if you're slow at applying foundation then it's probably not for you. You have to work in sections. And if you have dry skin then add a drop of marula oil from drunk elephant to it before application. The clarisonic foundation brush head really helps blend it fast if you need the help. But once you learn how to blend it and not over apply it, it's actually one of the best long wearing high end foundations available! And you don't need to powder it either. If you're a dry skin girl who bathes in BB Creams then that's why, this foundation wasn't made for you. But don't hate on it because I never want this foundation to be discontinued! I'm on my 4th bottle.
I totally agree with the Hourglass ambient powders & blushes. It feels like putting silk on your face. I prefer Marc Jacobs eyeliner gel pencil for the waterline - that thing DOES NOT move. I didn't get the same results with the Hourglass one. Fleur you have a beautiful glow about you - I wonder why 😜😍💋

The immaculate foundation is actually great for oily skin. It is one of the few foundations that hangs around on my oily skin during the summer.

I splurged on the surreal skin foundation and absolutely love it for nights out. I would love to know what to try next from them or if anything else is worth the money!

My favourite blusher is Diffused Heat - gorgeous reddish flush that is good on any skintone. The best.

Hi Fleur. I agree their powders are amazing and because they are cruelty free, I think I'll invest in one of their trios if they are talc free as well. I'm a fan of Tarte but some of their products are hit and miss. Have you any experiences to share? Not sure how available it is where you are. Also Charlotte Tilbury and Pixi Beauty if available where you are.

The Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in Ethereal Light is one of my favorite products ever. It's the only powder that works on my vampire pale skin without darkening my concealer/foundation underneath and without making my sahara desert dry skin look awful and flaky. Love it and will never need to use another powder EVER

I have swatched and gotten a deluxe sample of the Hourglass Girl Stylo and really liked the formula. Comfortable, hydrating, pigmented, pretty sheen on the lips. I do think it's a lot for a lipstick, but I don't think I'd regret buying a full-size of one.
Can't believe you didn't mention the primers! Along with their Ambient Lighting Powders I feel like they're known for their primers. Still love this though and was definitely helpful because I've been on the fence with the bronzers. I bought the Illusion Hyaluronic Skin Tint earlier this year but ended up returning it because it settled in the fine lines on my forehead pretty bad but the lines have been getting better since I changed up my skincare and I'm thinking of repurchasing. Some other brand ideas to do this for are Charlotte Tilbury, ByTerry, Jouer, Natasha Denona, and Tom Ford

I have the Dim Light by Hourglass and I got it since everyone recommended it on TH-cam out of everything. While I have hit pan with it since it's the only powder I have currently, I was kind of shocked no one mentioned that even those powders have big "chunks" of glitter in, so in certain angles you can see it on your face and it's not very flattering. Maybe OK for highlight, but not so much all over the face!
You should do some drugstore versions too! Nyx, maybelline, revlon, covergirl

I can totally understand why you didn't like the Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation seeing as you have dry skin. My skin gets super oily but that foundation works like a dream for me!

The immaculate liquid to powder foundation is actually really great if you know how to apply it. It lasts all day even through a workout on oily skin. If you have dry skin or if you're slow at applying foundation then it's probably not for you. You have to work in sections. And if you have dry skin then add a drop of marula oil from drunk elephant to it before application. The clarisonic foundation brush head really helps blend it fast if you need the help. But once you learn how to blend it and not over apply it, it's actually one of the best long wearing high end foundations available! And you don't need to powder it either. If you're a dry skin girl who bathes in BB Creams then that's why, this foundation wasn't made for you. But don't hate on it because I never want this foundation to be discontinued! I'm on my 4th bottle.
I totally agree with the Hourglass ambient powders & blushes. It feels like putting silk on your face. I prefer Marc Jacobs eyeliner gel pencil for the waterline - that thing DOES NOT move. I didn't get the same results with the Hourglass one. Fleur you have a beautiful glow about you - I wonder why 😜😍💋
