There’s also an option to buy a doll house and call it a day. Or a pet house, made out of cardboard boxes. I’ve heard it from my fellow Sukonbu that they’re very practical building materials for residentials.
there is a plethora of empty houses available in japan for cheap money, the only thing that is expensive is renovating them since a lot of them are empty for years and are slowly rotting away
The most expensive bit? Its literally would be the most worthwhile purchase bae has ever done. Unless you literally get conned into buying a piece of crap. Its totally worth it to buy a house on the land rights alone.
Not in Japan. Houses depreciate in value thanks to earthquakes and inheritance laws. IIRC one of the JP members bought a house for their family, and their conclusion was, renting cost the same, and was a lot less work.
It is cheeper in the long term if you have the money then and now to reasonably buy a house, but if you don't or if your not in a stable position where your going to be somewhere for a long time it isn't worth it. Also if you want to live in a city which doesn't have dense urban housing or the ability to buy an apartment renting might be your only option. Some people really don't like living in not densely populated areas since there can be social and economic benefits to living in cities.
There's more "privacy" having your own house, sound-wise. At least if there are good enough distances between the neighbouring houses, you can play loudly with fewer complaints than usual. Unless you have unreasonable/power hungry/ hearing sensitive neighbour.
Some nations has plot/ground/land/field taxes depending on the size, quality and place. But that tends to be lower than renting, but do your research on that.
depends how much you will spend on the house. also in japan the housing isn't really considered a guaranteed investment - they keep house prices down pretty effectively by building a lot, so it won't necessarily be worth more in 10 years than it is now you might be better off renting and investing the money you'd pay for the house instead
Bae no longer lives in a cardboard box in an alley behind a ChuckEcheese. Let's go!
She's now in front of the ChuckECheese Lol!
Massive buisness expense/tax write-off.
Bae: "No, seriously Mr. Japanese Tax man. My house is a buisness expense. It was for the bit!"
I saw that and I thought "oh she actually got a house, if she was talking about gigi's birthday thing she would've said mansion"
She forgot the "in Minecraft" part of the sentence
Finally got a house 2 years ago
it really is worth it
Well, there are enough youtubers who buy abandoned houses in Japan for cheap to renovate them. She might be able to afford it.
Nahh renovating is tiring and time consuming, their work IS already time consuming, I doubt it
Bae got a house:
A Minecraft house
Says got a house, didn't get a house, surprise people think she got a house. 😮
and this right here is why I overthink every tweet I make so that people hopefully don’t misunderstand me

She should get a rat sized house and post a picture of her in it.
If she committed to the bit, we'd definitely witness her - yep.

finally she doesn't have to live in Cover's shed/panty
If you're homeless, just buy a house
Holohouse mk4
What is the bit though?
Wait, you mean Gigi and the others aren't really dead?
is buying a house not cheaper than paying rent? all that money spent paying it doesnt vanish you can sell the house.
