Ive admired Paul from afar despite of being an scu**er , What he did at Bath and Exeter was incredible. I am not surprised he was a thinker. That's why average players can make really good mangers,
Not sure what you use to currently record the podcast, but I'd strongly recommend Riverside as a platform. May have solved the poor camera quality here on what is a fantastic piece of content!
As an exeter fan he gave us the highs of the carslile play offs but discrased himself swearing at the fans and throwing away the play off final. Really let himself down and will never be forgiven
i can completely forgive the play off losses, he didn't do that on purpose. But the arrogant and entitled attitude in the second half of his reign is why I can't hold him in high esteem and it's not something he'll ever acknowledge
Really enjoyed this interview with Tis. Being an Exeter fan and working in Data myself, I found some of his insights really interesting. He did a lot of good for the club, but in hindsight he probably stayed a bit too long - I appreciate the constraints he was under but the last few years it was as if he’d lost his mojo and vice versa, but he did an awful lot of good for our club and for that I will be eternally grateful. His data model really made for interesting thinking, as an analyst creating reports you want them to be punchy and get to the nitty gritty of the data you require and you’re always asking yourself how you can make it better, ensuring that both technical and non-technical audiences understand it. Making sure the data tells a story is Data 101, just giving the 100s of pages of data to Joe Public can’t embolden these people to make the decisions that need to be made. Again, a superb interview, and I wish Tis all the best in his future endeavours.
Welcome to Celtic Paul. Excited for what you can bring to the club.
Was a fantastic manager for Exeter. The club suited him and he suited the club.

And headphones or earphones may cancel the echo when the guest is speaking
I personally think that your are looking at the next England U21 Manager once Carsley has been confirmed as the National coach.

Paul ‘the ego’ Tisdale. Absolute walloper.
