    Weird, sad, disappointing case. The parents were weird, self centered and negligent beyond a reasonable doubt. Toxic relationship between the parents. No one knows what really happened until now. But I am sure that mrs Pena deserves an Oscar for her performance as the mother!!!

    This case really made me think the police left some things unsolved. Really the evidence was not conclusive- something was happening for sure but to convict them as murderers based on the evidence they had…? They didn’t even investigate the man who found her and reported her body although he was a known criminal

    • @HAIRHOLIC_1
      @HAIRHOLIC_1 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The man who found her was confirmed to have stayed at the bar drinking all night long, he couldn’t kidnap the girl from her house, k!ll her, dumb her, and then pretend to have found her all at the same time.

    • @laraplanet4256
      @laraplanet4256 หลายเดือนก่อน +23

      The men who found the body had proof of being drinking at a bar since 4pm of the day Asunta died, they were recorded by the cameras and had the bar s tickets at proof so they couldn t be guilty. Otherwise, there was proof of the parents drugging her with lorazepam for months and they were the only people that were with her that day. In Spain It s difficult to imprison someone without proof since "in dubio pro reo" (in case of doubt, the judge must benefit the accused) is basic in spanish law.

    This case is so weird. And no one can say what exactly happened and who actually did it
    Spoiler alert ⚠️
    The father couldn't have been seen with the daughter in the shopping area (the time on cameras doesnt match with what the witness says and the trip to the summer house), the mother couldn't drag a body or have the strength to do much, the body was not seen on the road before it was actually found. Apart from strange pictures, a missing laptop, and drugs there wasn't much to find the parents guilty. And the kid had access to the drugs - with all the pressure of school, music lessons while your parents are divorcing...
    No one will ever know what exactly happened...a sad tragic story...

    What I don’t understand is why her teacher didn’t take her to the hospital or call the cops.
    News article:
    Teachers at the two music academies said that in the months before Asunta’s death, they recalled that she could not read her sheet music or walk straight. “I took some white powders,” Asunta told Isabel Bello, who ran one of the academies. “I don’t know what they are giving me. No one tells me the truth,” Asunta told her violin teacher, per The Guardian.

    Just watched this with English voice overs and I must say it sounds much more dramatic in Spanish lol. Still cannot figure it out, parents sure look suspicious but no concrete evidence to convict beyond reasonable doubt. And why would the father be drugging her all those months? To molest her? But no evidence of rape found?

      Thats my question 2, maybe take pic of her?

    • @katerina1179
      @katerina1179 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I felt like the father used to drug the girl to molest her. Maybe there was no rape, but many other things are possible. Maybe he thought of himself as a good loving person who wouldn't want to destroy the child fully...
      The mother knew. She first found out when she cought him in girls bedroom at night. And she was too weak to go to the police and covered up for the abuser by keeping silent and later telling people that it was a robbery attempt. When she found him in their daughters bedroom she also understood why her husband didn't have sex with her. Because he was a pedophile who was into asian girls. So the woman found a lover who is into grown up women.
      The father is a sick pedophile and manipulator who managed to manipulate his wife to remain silent. She got depressed because she had to live with the horrible secret. And he was in charge of her drugs too. So she was mostly numb and submissive.
      Who killed the girl at the end we won't know for sure. Maybe the woman couldn't stand the pressure anymore and wanted to put the end to it all. Or maybe it was a mutual agreement that if the girl disappears, the husbands fatal attraction will end and the wife leaves her lover and their relatioship will go back to what it used to be before the adoption. I think they both knew about the truth of the girls death.

      It's not proved, but by seeing the case, it is evident that the mother has unstable mind throughout the life(she died of s*icude in prison),may be she wanted her daughter to excel in everything (her daughter was going to all classes throughout the day) and after finding out she is average the mother decided to slow poison her and get rid of her, but why leave her dead body in public place and not getting rid of her body is not clear, may be they thought it might look natural, but autopsy will surely spill out the truth, being a lawyer how she missed it is still a question

    I'm actually curious? Why is the judge lying
    My questions are
    1. What's the thing that used to cut the twines?
    2. If she just left her there "without "cutting the twine then why is the twine cut?
    3. Why did the judge lied about the father shorts having semen or something like that?
    4. Why couldn't they find any DNA or fingerprints on the shirt or jacket used to drag her "if" they didn't use gloves?
    5. Why did the witness lied about seeing the father and the girl?
    6, I'm guessing the mother is guilty or I'm thinking it could be the neighbor downstairs with the dogs because the dogs didn't bark at all so it's sus!
    Everything based on what I have seen so far on the show but why didn't they question the judge?

    • @rsasda
      @rsasda หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      1- they might have had some scissors with them. 2 - the twine was cut, what is weird is that it was left there nex to the body, but perhaps she was nervous because she had to change her plan and left it there and didnt see it. 3- the judge didnt lie, this happened when they inspected his house, but that doesnt prove anything related to the girl. 4 - They probably used gloves and also the shirt was cross-contaminated in the lab. 5 - she either didn't lie but no camera caught the girl and the father, or she thought it was the same day she bought the trainers but it was actually a different day. 6 - How would the neighbour who was an old lady get into the house? it was probably the mother and that's why she didnt go to the police

      @@rsasdabut what still curious is did they find anything that's related to the father at all? Since his house there was nothing that they could find. Plus there was a scene where the judge ask the forensics people to check his house to see whether he did anything to that girl but nothing came up I do believe he has a very weird side too as he didn't wanna get interviewed knowing alot of "legal matters" and didn't even question where is his wife at all during the funeral that's a red ass flag, including where paused and looked at the mushrooms but what's pointing to him that he killed her too? Like what's the evidence?
