You should also check out: masters of anatomy... There have a lot of poses and how to combine them. But there are higher prices for these books.

But don't be discouraged from trying to draw something just because you don't think your drawing will come out the same in the end. Just practicing leads to improvement. I have often wondered about myself what I was getting out when I tried it. The drawings were sometimes better and sometimes nothing worked but isn't that part of the fun when you challenge yourself?

Yeah it's only helpful if someone is still a beginner and can't use other sources online because of concentration problems. For me it was helpful for inspirations and because I am not really good at drawing right now 😂
