I think it was Carnation for every season there’s several episodes from different seasons on TH-cam and they seem to always work carnation into the show.
The way they did ads and product endorsement is different than today unless you consider home shopping channels. Those are similar to what we see at the end of this episode. Honestly, I don't know which is better. Ads have always been kind of annoying. One cast member of this show REBELLED one time against doing the ad and he really went off script and got in HUGE trouble with Burns. Burns was one of the producers and the last thing he wanted was the show to lose its sponsor. I'm pretty the sponsor for that season was Carnation Milk.

It is great to see both John Brown (Harry Morton) and Bill Goodwin. Both were phenomenal radio actors who died way too soon.
