- So excited for this one guys! This was such a fun day with my family and hitting up my favorite goodwill bins. I’ll take you around my parents 1907 late Victorian home for a tour, share some ideas for decorating with vintage pieces, and share an incredible and huge thrift haul from the goodwill bins!

The porch is really pretty! I love a Victorian home! I love the regency/Victorian era & love collecting the collecting decor, especially art! My husband & son are HUGE Minnesota Vikings fans! My husband would probably love to live there. My son did spend several days there a e years back, when he traveled in ministry. He was able to go to the Vikings Stadium, of course dad was jealous😄 Oh the windows are gorgeous!❤ The dining room is beautiful, love the paint & all the wood. Beautiful kitchen as well. Love the back yard!! Gorgeous stairway.. love the singer sewing machine painting, i actually have the machine itself! Very cool idea using the old sewing table for a changing table! I hope to eventually have on of the tables to set my old machine on! Just for decor. Love how the bathroom turned out, beautiful transformation! The lights & mirror are stunning, great finds! The big stained glass light fixture is gorgeous❤ Oh wow the master bath transformation is amazing.. Turned out really beautiful!! All the marble is gorgeous❤ Absolutely love that medicine cabinet.. I'm obsessed with anything old & made of wood! Its amazing how they did everything in that bathroom & made it function perfectly! Wow the blue wedgewood set is beautiful, great find in the bins.. and not damaged! I've never been to the bins. Back in Tennessee the closest one was A little over an hour away. I found one here in Florida, in Wesley Chapel.. its less than 20min. So I'm excited to ck it out😁 Lol I'll try to steer clear of the chaos if possible! The white piece is a bed spread! Those were very popular when i was young! Both my mom & grandma had them. Moms was white & grandmas was a sagey green. Nostalgic🥹 That could be A vintage one, but of course they make everything new to look old now days😏 I Ck the lable then google it! I'd love to have one! The sweet baby sounds🥰 Love the dough bowl, very different with the painted inside. If we have room when we find our own place, i want to collect some of the red & white ck'd Better Home cook books. That's the one my mom had, and i like to find things she had when i was young! Makes it more sentimental 🤷♀️ Yes.. do the try on! I've got to find some more linen pieces, nice to have with the weather in Florida. Amen.. and i desperately need some white tee's! I'm down to 1 nice one. A couple are too right, I've gained a like weight😑 and i threw one out yesterday, it was stretched & the under arms were looking ummm not so nice anymore🫣 I probably have more in Tennessee. There's NO way possible i could bring all my clothes til we get out on place! So I just brought my better things, the rest are stored. Love the shift dresses, t-shirt dresses, anything that's cool for this horrible heart🥵 All my bed linens came from donations, estate sale left overs out house clean outs we got for the thrift store we had back in TN. I always kept the nicer linens & towels for either myself or the recovery home guys, we ran a recovery home. I kept the queens for my bed & the twins for the guys beds. I would say most were vintage..i love them because they're very soft, comfy & beautiful! I have one of the old antique trunks full! And tons of really nice towels. Yes we've been very fortunate! But mostly, I'm thankful we were able to supply all the nice things for the guys! Believe me, we had MORE than enough things to fill the thrift store, which helped fund the home since it was non profit. That's A beautiful linen! I like to mix the prints & solids too. Finding all those faux hydrangeas was a great find! They were gorgeous in the bathroom! Oh wow.. that purse is awesome, definitely vintage.. my sister had one really similar when i was young, she's 13yrs older than me, but i still remember it.. hearts straps & the same type buckle.. How nostalgic🥹 i would google search it, i think its possibly 40-50yrs old! She's in her early 70's and had it when she was probably in her 20's!! Love your moms reaction, those will really look awesome in her bathroom! You had A great haul! Loved the tour & shopping along with you😊 Umm & obviously jabbering away🫣😄 Hope your sisters wedding is beautiful, Hope we get to see some pics! Have A great time!!😊

I would have gotten the record player. Mine broke like that. The bedspread is chenille. They are making a big come back. That one looked perfect. I loved the silk hydrangeas for your mom….so pretty. They can be so hit or miss! This one is in St. Paul Mn and I’ve rarely ever had a bad trip there. It’s a LOT better than the others I’ve been to
