Accel clans need a way to draw them more cards outside of Draw Triggers in order to fill the board more easily and get important units as well. Hopefully in future support clans such as Nova Grappler and Aqua Force have a way to either search out certain cards or be able to draw more from the deck, like Murakumo and Tachikaze respectfully.
Both But for specifically, I'd recommend reading as much of Part 5 as you can before the anime starts because there's one scene in the first chapter or two of the manga that is HILARIOUS in the anime and I feel as though you can't appreciate it properly without reading the source material. After that, do whatever you want. I watched the anime up to the end of Part 4, then read the manga up to it's current run but every so often, I buy the thicc Viz Media manga of the first three parts but that's mainly because I intend to collect all of them so that's your call. Basically, finish Part 4, read as much of Part 5 as you can before the anime starts, do whatever you want after that.
