In my journey I've discovered that alcohol just dehydrates me and decided it's not worth the feeling it gives me. The reward is not appropriate for the work that's been put into where I'm at and the path I'm on. The need to feel comfortable in my skin without any mind altering influences dominates now.

Great video George once again you nailed it, from the video of sitting down enjoying a cup of coffee and really contemplating life without the distractions of this world. To the video of asking people what your blind spots are and working on them. And now this it seems like it's not just the food here the beer and the chicken wings. But an old thinking mindset the people that are in the bar the music and the food. I can relate to that as well. Thanks again your videos are so encouraging to me. From deep, personal experience - George's guidance about getting unstuck significantly changed our lives. I say "our" because getting unstuck is contagious, and people close to me joined me for the ride. The only person that can unstuck you is you. This thinking is real, and it works. Cheers.
Fantastic message....... when I taught school the teachers wanted to go out and drink ...and I got until I wanted a drink ...and I got to thinking about it and I thought wow, this is not good , and proceeded to leave alcohol behind and wow did my body feel better. You have a blessed day
I really enjoy audio books but many I have to have a physical copy and a highlighter to hand. The Prince is a great example, just too much to take in a process without that personal intent and action to bind it to the mind.
I have 1 great red hoodie just like this I took the strings out of. It’s perfectly worn, authentic and soft. Genuine and true. Old and loved… this hoodie has become a familiar piece of my monk mode and meditation practices. Wearing this garment to me Is like wearing a Kimono or Karategi.

For me unstuck means putting your good/loving intention into whatever your doing or thinking: clipping toe nails, doing the dishes after a nice home prepared meal, watching birds and bugs &c. Also trying new positive things: swimming lessons, take an extra long walk, go to the second hand shop and find a good pair of walking boots or shoes celebrate the find by sprucing them up a bit, tie them with intent and confidence, brew-up a thermal cup of coffee and head out for a stroll ideally in nature. There are infinite angles and observations for one to use or change and one should use many regardless, it keeps you sharp and hopefully joyous or at least trying which is more than halfway there (think quenched or satiated); closer to three quarters or more your milage will vary and should since it's yours.
Going back and listening to some of the older shows. So much wisdom. You are such a gift to those who are focusing on change and getting unstuck!
