For me it´s much harder to motivate myself to exercise alone at home the same way I do it in the gym, I mean, mantaining the discipline and intensity of the routine.

Hi Steven I am a Certified Personal Trainer. If you can take a little bit of advice here on how to properly get the most out of a bike session it'll help you a lot.
1- when you're peddling bring your knees in as tight as possible to the frame this way you get an excellent core workout, a strong core is the foundation of support for your body and it works tighten and sculpt your abs.
2-to really get the calorie burning furnaces going start off slow then pedal for 30 seconds like there's a pack of wild Rottweilers chasing you do that for 30 seconds go back to a normal pace and then in 2 minutes do that again. You're pretty lean without any excess but this will help you achieve maximum lean mass

I suppose if you're a 'stuck indoors person' with space in your pad to store the thing you'd have one of these ~ otherwise, 'health wise' far better to peddle a real bike outdoors in the fresh open-air seeing the scenes to be seen as you peddle along the highways and byways, and on the way home collecting a tasty takeaway or buying a treat for Pussycat Liam.🙂
