As an office worker I feel attacked 😂
Lol, sorry office 🤣👊👊
You probably should
@@snakeyjaake they were meant to stare at an iPhone and make comments on others’ professions, though, apparently.
@@snakeyjaake for sure, one of the all time greats
1 gallon of gas is 36kw of energy and this mw power station is 2.5kw thus ~ contains 1/14th of a single gallon of gas worth of energy.
A generator converting gallon of gas to electrical is about 18kw at 50% efficiency - thus this ‘battery power station is equivalent to about 1/7th of a gallon of gas.
Not anti power station or pro gas station - but I do believe there should be more education on what watts and watt hours are just to help understand what is what.
Great feedback. I've actually discussed this on a previous video
@@ToolReviewZone I watch almost all your fantastic videos - I don’t remember this topic but I have just a wee little brain and always distracted 😀
@patricksquires6348 I do as well, so maybe I didn't 🤣👊
Similar size battery/solar generators are $2500-3000! See Jackery, Ecoflow, etc
My guess is that the battery built into this thing is a large part of the price. I think if we can figure out how to manufacture batteries cheaper a lot of this stuff would come down in price. Right now, I think it’s mainly just a few brands producing battery cells LG, Samsung, Panasonic, etc. I’d love to see some technology come to market that makes this all cheaper. Electric vehicles would get cheaper, home backup power storage would get cheaper, tool batteries. More money than I’m looking drop right now, but it definitely looks cool though.
nah price wouldnt come down much they already know we will pay profit just likly to go up
yay... something that might be able to power my coffee maker.
I'd say just climb up the pole and do an illegal tap from the electrical utility. If it's First Energy, well, they're the worst!
I'm afraid of heights 😪
@@ToolReviewZone of course I’m being facetious (and that’s a big word like gymnasium), but seriously, the owner of the project should spring for temp power that the electrician could install per utility guidelines but most homeowners or GC’s never want to pay for anything, much less temp power to appease a neighbor. We all know that.
Clint finally admitted he has a small unit 😂
Can't be blessed with everything I guess 😪🤣👊
So it will run those two tools for about an hour and a half then your done for the day or have to go to your gas generator and charge it back up.
Milwaukee is super proud of their stuff. When you can get an Anker 3800 for much less and have more power.
Anker makes great stuff
This may have to be an option for the house back up power for the wifey dialysis machine when she gets it
Woukd definitely be same to use indoors Dan the man 👊
I love ryobi so much
Lol, have a vid for them tomorrow 🤣👊
I'm waiting for a whole-house battery-powered backup generator.........
Everyone else seems to me coming out with them 🤷
Good if you’re on a site with only access to a 15a outlet. We have all been there….
My bluetti AC180 power statio is 1000/1800W output. It cost me $1100 CAD. I could by 3 of them and each of them could run a 15A corded tool under $3000 USD in total and give me 3Kw. Plus i have solar charge, 100W USB C output, 1 hr charg time, UPS function, lifepo4 battery, etc. I think the only person buying this Milwaukee is for the name.
Appreciate the feedback 👊
Sounds good, but wow on price vs cheap petrol gen
Definitely not cheap
I hate spiders. Maybe Milwaukee should make a spider zapper.
Real nass like Clint but can't afford it!!!
Me either Leonard 🤣👊
You'll need a whole Tesla to have enough battery runtime
But does it have a TURBO!!!
You always add the turbo Robert 😪
I love Milwaukee but for $5K .Don’t buy it not worth IT
Appreciate the feedback 👊
Office workers, and older home owners will bitch about something needing to be fixed, then bitch when someone shows up to fix it because it's an inconvenience to them. One word...Roadwork.
"GRRRRR, they need to get their lazy asses out here, and fix these potholes!"
"GRRRRR, they've got a truck blocking the road to fix those potholes!"
Ya just can't win, lol.
Its pretty funny, but true 🤣
Facts 💯
But to be fair, the road crews could fix stuff on weekends or at night so it doesn't affect rush hour times. Instead they seem to always set up around noon and finish by 6 pm. Worst time of the day to do it because traffic is at its peak.
I mean its all cool and all but what everyone really wants to know is will it suck up an egg?
Lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣👊👊👊
If this tool aint no good, and others much better, why dont people use those others? Other question is how long does that huge battray last, 12-18 months like a phone? Im a DIYer and I think electric battray tech only good for small stuff, phones, scooters, most tools, not cars, not generators, not whole house etc. Lithium mining to keep feeding new battrays to get disposed of where? Stupid, real stoopid. Great video though, im defintely not in the market for this but watched the whole thing 😁👍🏻
I understand the appeal to this, but why not plug in a fan to a gas generator to blow the fumes into the opposite direction?
Many times some of these crews work in large indoor areas. Think about replacing a concrete floor in a warehouse. Sometimes it's just hard to get around it
@@ToolReviewZone That’s true, I didn’t think of that
Why not just run Ryobi battery tools and save some dollars. 💸
2.5kw is nothing for a whole day job. Plus, the battery type, don't tell me it's not lifepo4 battery😅😅😅. 12W usb A and 60W C are junk. 3 hrs charge time is below average. Didn't mention the UPS function😢. No solar charge. Compared to other power station. Milwaukee is way behind on technology. And also delwat had their 1800/3600W power station 5 years before Milwaukee's one. I don't know why Milwaukee is producing these kinds of tools which they are not good at it.
So if you buy this , you charge it on your own time so that other people can be lazy
Cringe moment - full face shield and helmet, eye goggles, gloves, no hearing protection, gold earings showing, and lastly long hair dangling in the front while operating a mammoth angle grinder. I was taught not to use gloves while operating a grinder because a finger can get sucked into the wheel as well as to put up long hair for the same reason. I was also taught to remove a neck tie - but I have never seen anyone operate a power tool with one on. It is surprising that Milwaukee does not know better.
I DONT BELIEVE ANY OF IT
Sure you do
