African Pompano Dive Day | SPEAR CLEAN COOK

This is a recent trip I went out on and was lucky enough to run into a few African Pompano, or AP's as we call them. One school had a ton of fish, and I was able to line it up and land a 2 for 1 shot on AP's. This is a quick overview of the day leading up to, then diving, filleting, and cooking in one weekend.
