Please bring another version with an infinite scroll. I really want to get this but I can't, at this point switch to any mouse without an infinite scroll. MX Master nails this. MX Vertical needs this
Why don't ergonomic mouse come with more buttons. Love MX master of extra button under thumb and that I can remap the free wheel button, however would prefer more.
I hope this proves to be useful due to its natural anatomic resting hand position. I would request that a Leap Motion like device be also integrated into mouse so that hand gesture input without touching the mouse can be performed. This would provide hybrid approach to input device and relieve stress from the wrist from working in the same position for long time.
Glad to see that you are making a vertical mouse like my Anker AK-UBA; which is a great mouse that cost me only $18. Please make yours reliable and affordable.
LOL, I've been using an Anker fast charger, a mouse (that's eerily similar to this one), their long threaded USB cables, and their external battery for two years now, all of them working just fine. A product needs not be expensive to be good.
I feel LEFT out... So do you make a model for Ambidescrus multitaskers.. I'm usually rendering on paper with my right hand and sketch on the Puter with the left... Thanks Ricky
I have carpal tunnel and this mouse is perfect. Really comfortable, it release pressure that you have with a regular mouse. BUT when are you going to upgrade this mouse in order to have the same buttons and specs that the MX Master 3 has. I really would like to use the Master 3 but again I have carpal tunnel...
There's no mention of functionality. I'd love to get one for work if it has the same feature set as my MX Master 2 mouse. I use the gesture features a lot but I can't see from this video what productivity functionality it has which seems really odd to not include.
I dont think so since it says it only has 4 customizable buttons (scroll wheel click, dpi changer on top, and the back and forward buttons on the side).
"Produces productivity and long-term work oriented mouse: Excludes the entirety of features from mx master 2s and prices it exactly the same" It's not like this and the 2S are competitors. Why make this such a feature lacking product in comparison? I already have the original mx master and I haven't purchased a 2S because it is such a small upgrade and my mouse is still working perfectly. A more ergonomic mouse with a similar feature set would have been a sale for you with me as the customer. But no, you made a mouse 4 time as expensive as the competition with lackluster of features. Ridiculous.
@@Psykrom exactly, that's why this product even with a competing feature set would have been a good product for logitech without competition between their own products. This 4 button mouse in 2018 for $99 is just ridiculous.
I agree with you with it having less buttons to customize and the horizontal scroll wheel is a let down at the price tag. But logitech knows how to make people buy different models for specific tasks. Now we have a harder time to choose one or the other and some people will buy both instead of just one. If they made this one with the same buttons of the MX master 2s they would kill their own product.
The battery on the Logitech is not removable which is a very poor choice. Been using it for gaming for the last 6 months and develop some new kind of pain in the wrist by lifting this heavy mouse from times to times (bad habit but who is never lifting his mouse from times to times). It would be awesome to have a Coolmaster MM710 type of mouse vertical, and light weave mesh wired (target 50gr). That is the absolute solution, but nobody ever created it ;/ You can not design an "ergonomic" mouse, by making it bluetooth, due the heavy battery weight. It is defeating the purpose of it.
You're not discriminated, you're simply in a minority hence most of the manufacturer's can't really spend money producing left handed mice. Besides, most of lefties i know adapted to right handed mice.
I'm ambidextrous with computer mice and would love a left handed version as well. Currently use a Logitech Trackman for my left hand and the Anker vertical mouse for my right.
Used for three days. I could not stand it any longer. The worst mouse from Logitech, which I had ever for fifteen years (and there were a lot of them, including MX Revolution, MX Performance, MX Master and others).
My hand begins to get tired and really hurt after 15 minutes of use. I cannot explain why but I feel discomfort all the time while using it. The scroll wheel is very slow and there is no possibility to configure it faster. The middle click is very tight. No fast scrolling. The irony of fate is that the ergonomic mouse is not ergonomic at all, at least for me. Accuracy is greatly reduced, as when you click the button, the cursor moves away. You have to push against with your thumb to hold it in the position. Productivity has greatly decreased after my previous MX Performance. And, of course, the mouse does not cost 100 Euro. Maximum 30. Generally it is simple mouse with vertical shape. I highly do not recommend this product. Previously, I bought Logitech products without thinking, as I was sure that this would be a uniquely premium product. But this is no longer the case. I have to look for an alternative manufacturer, unfortunately ...
Just got one myself. LOVING IT. You can configure the scroll speed in your OS's Mouse settings. In windows10 I type Mouse in the search bar and it pops right up. In the Logitech software I took off Smooth Scrolling as there was drift when I wanted to stop scrolling. Taking off smooth scrolling fixed that. It scrolls super fast if you set it in Mouse settings. I'm coming from an MX. I've loving the fact I can have them both plugged in and use the one I feel like using. The relief on my wrist is so nice on the Vertical.
@@abowlofsoda I did not even check OS Mouse settings for scroll speed. Why such setting isn't in the Options software if it is possible to change it? But scroll speed is just one issue. One of many. I have wasted 100 EUR and I don't trust the company anymore. Maybe it's just my unique case...

finally someone innovated! It should be very relieving on the wrists. Thanks logitech ;)
But Very Heavy On Our Pockets
Looks like a great product. I'm disappointed in the rumored $99 price tag though.
I paid it. £80 and not happy at all with it

Hace 8 años que trabajo con un mouse vertical de adesso, te tardaste logitech, pero que bien que ya lo hayan sacado.
why no left-hand version Logitech?

Anker is broken chinese crap. Don't buy it!
Enjoy your crappy 18$ mouse...
This one is $100 sadly
even more in €

Good approach, the current MX2 causes muscle cringe in my right arm especially when pressing the mid button.
I feel LEFT out...
So do you make a model for Ambidescrus multitaskers..

Same :’(
MX Vertical 2? Hyper-fast tiltable scroll wheel, and maybe more colors

Looks nice, something i would like to try
When will the sister product which will integrate the track ball from the M570 into this new ergonomic shape be introduced?
How long ist the response time on it? Would be great if its like 1 or 2 ms. Then i could use it for gaming!
not even in stock on amazon, I opted for a 15 bucks model from a local company.
Because it's not out yet...
Can you configure the side buttons with copy paste ... ??
Make a gaming verion of this with features like the legendary g502 and we will go nuts.
Is the thumbpad a customizable button like on the MX Master?
I dont think so since it says it only has 4 customizable buttons (scroll wheel click, dpi changer on top, and the back and forward buttons on the side).

features aside, mx master series aren't even vertical to begin with...

Finally USB C. Nice 👌👌
Please do a gaming version?
Could have shown someone using it ...

Beautiful Machine :)
USB-C universal receiver needed guys
Awesome!
is there a version for lefties, or is it one more product that discriminates against us?

I think you can buy them from The Leftorium.
... Sorry 😥
Oh look. Logitech took Anker's design and made a few changes to it. :)

Omfg it can be connected by wire! 😍😘
100 bucks!? No thank you! Shinese vertial mouse cost me 10usd. Ten times less!!!!
Just because you have low standards doesn't mean everyone else does...
...wow..

So this is a video of a vertical mouse....with no video, just a bunch of photos, why even bother.
Do you know what a video is?
fortnite
A watered down MX put into a case that has been so reworked by a designer, that it lost all of its ergonomy. I do not recommend it.
DONT BUY CANT CUSTOMIZE THE BUTTONS LOGITECH SOFTWARE IS SHIT
