Though he still can give us a hint of his high range but He can no longer belt like he used to do back in his younger years. But what I love about him is he still use what he have to make a very satisfying performance or great music. Btw, he is a type 1 diabetic. So there were times while he was performing, his level of sugar dropped and he felt it but he didn't let the audience know about it. He had a couple meet ups with the Death but God doesn't want such a man to be in his kingdom yet, coz he wants Gary to share his talent and his words to us.

Oh yes! He's MR. PURE ENERGY! I had been to his concerts several times and it was like a party each time. People were dancing along the aisles or on their seats (the shy ones). He's all over the place connecting to the audience. After the concert we would be sweating all over on our way home. I miss those days since we migrated to Canada in 1995. My friends (8 of us in the group) and I were all loyal followers of Gary V, up to the present. He is a very devout Christian. His inspirational songs are awesomely magnificent! I'm so glad and very proud you discovered him and his gifts he enjoys sharing with others. THANK YOU!!!

It's great that talents during my time/youth are being appreciated by today's generation. Thank you for that. He wrote Could You Be Messiah and was recently covered by Morissette. He was also one of the judges on Philippine's Got Talent where KZ Tandingan won. The guy is a goldmine of singing experience.
