13 is a popular family favourite, not a chance they’d remove it. Rita on the other hand could be knocked down and they could easily fit taiga esque coaster in that area, even extend slightly further back . No gimmicks no bs world first and just create something that is pure towers but still a world class attraction. It could even be more like taron going into deep trenches and highly themed. If they wasn’t hampered by so many obstacles to get things built they would have had a cross valley coaster that could have been up there with the best terrain coasters created
A blitz coaster could totally work, The Smiler is the same height as Taron. The only issue is that I think they would have to remove another coaster to make room for it, but if they had something like that it’d be worth it.
I disagree with you when saying 13 should be removed, but I undersand why people want a better launch coaster. Plus whenever I’m at the park, 13 seems to have one of the longest ques. I dont know if this is due to ride operations, but it somewhat proves that it is a popular coaster at the park.

I hate the hate for Rita it’s a novice snappy ride with a great launch and some good airtime on the back seat

In my opinion Alton towers shouldn't get rid of 13 it's just too good with the backwards element it just packs a punch I think.
