The process outlined in the presentation is a typical process that I use to produce effective delay analyses in today's construction environment. My company has also developed a software called SmartPM that currently automates parts of the process outlined in the video and it will eventually automate the entire delay analysis process (in mid 2016). This will be the only software that I know if that does this effectively.
Hi, I am just wondering about the term "Delay event". If I have to identify actual delay events, can I say that "Late start of the foundation is a delay event No 1" and Late completion of MEP is delay event No 2"? Or the reason (i-e late release of drawings) behind "Late start of the foundation" will be delay event 1 (late release of drawings)? Thank you
Thanks Sir, Its really helpful for us. Is this the latest or advanced method for delay analysis... mean either there is no other way to analyze delay automatically using advance computing technologies.....???
This is very good simplified explanation on delay analysis. Easy to digest sir. TQVM.
You are owesome on the subject matter.
Excellent -very well prepared and explained in simple manner
Thank you that your explanation is clearly digest
Thank you so much Sir, such an informative session. Thank you so much.

very good
What if the critical path (longest path) is not logically correct?
then the schedule will be invalidated for delay analysis calculations
Then some nerds are gonna make some money
