I love how you have the Pahi setup. I didn't think about using 1.5 liter bottles like that. We're currently have the 5 gallon jugs on deck leashed down in the aft section of the Raka36

The Wharram Tiki 26 has only two "functional" single berths (one each hull) although it's technically possible to have two singles per hull but is a very tight squeeze. There is room for a double on the bridgdeck. See wharram website for details.

Nous y vivons à 4 depuis un an et demi. Nous venons d'ailleurs de réaliser que nous dormions ensemble, mon mari et moi, dans une couchette de 90 cm de large 😆
I have a Pahi 31 as well. I like the way it sails and the space on deck. But I find the room inside often very tiresome to organize. It’s really for minimalist. Also the weight is an important issue. On every catamaran it is, but the smaller the boat the bigger the issue. According to plan, the bareboat weight 1500 kilos and the loadingcapacity is 1000 kilos. But that loadingcapacity is quickly reached, with motor and fuell, anchor and tackle and fenders, water and food, clothes and safetygear, dinghy ++. Batteries, and the people onboard. When I see your boat I would advise to weave plasticsheet tru the trampoline on places where the waterspray comes up. Prevent that spray from spashing over the boat.
how many times in 3 atlantic crossings have you needed to use the bilge pumps?
I think we used it once or two just for little amount of water which follows down from the cabin door
