Before MCA, O/Os were getting over a buck a mile in the 70s.... Hard to wrap your head around that today.
Now with these lease programs written by lawyers, these carriers make drivers cover all of the overhead and haul freight for practically nothing.
Just my 2 cents.... Well, maybe 3 or 4 cents.
    Good job on the video.

I have a $3300 PAYMENT on a hood and am STILL HERE!! Gave up my house and live in the truck. 64, divorced with no kids. Only kid is my CAT. He's a trucker cat, for sure!

I want your opinion on my plan. New Subscriber too, my plan is to get into Trucking this year hopefully by February and going to CFI for my CDL training for my first year. I’m single no kids no bills except for my cellphone and my plan is to live in my Truck and save my money and run hard for one year. Then take a break and travel then come back to Trucking again. Your thoughts brother I respect your opinion

The landscape has changed a lot this last year BUT if you have a company willing to bring you in, train you and get you experience. You don’t mind being on the road and are willing to put the work in on the rough days and happy with the pay, then Go for it!!! Those things will set you up in the future to move to whatever company you want. As far as the traveling, I’d get a GOOD 2 years in before doing that. What that 2 years will give you is a bigger competitive advantage when you do come back. You’ll have more miles without incident as well as more miles towards driver experience. Big companies will question why you left for a year after running for your first CDL year. Run 2 good years, save your coin, split and travel the world and come back and run another 2. That’s the wonderful thing about trucking, you can do things like that if you want BUT get that initial experience FIRST! Good luck man and I appreciate you tuning in!!

Mix of black rifle company and bones right now. On the mornings where I need a little extra I’ll have bones espresso shots. I take a little creamer and a touch of ice to knock the heat down. Drink 1 cup, I believe it’s 40oz so just under 2/3’s of a pot.

I really don't know why we need to get mad about truckers coming from other countries we need to be friendly to anyone the same industry is just working together money is just money friendship is much better talk to this drivers and you find out they're going through the same is us hurting like us. Be human please open up ❤ and live happy. Fight to be happy with whatever you have my respect for truck drivers always

Because most of them are nothing but a danger on the highway. They’re not even close to being properly trained

America should support American drivers and their needs first!! But they rather bring in the foreigners because they work for cheap!! Why do you think rates are so low..

Only way to get a green card is " marriage or of your american born child is 21. if a family member helps you, it takes 10-20 years. no employer will ever help... this idea that people can just apply and get a green card is hilarious and ignorant.. i live in texas and most of my family are in customs.. im 100000% with you bro !! just saying it how it is

That’s the system that needs to be overhauled!! It shouldn’t take that long to become a citizen. Literally 1 generation to gain access, ridiculous! How can employers help? Through work visas?

I went to Mexico and they wouldn’t even let me get a drivers license or be on my husbands bank account and I was there legally…… ignorance is real over there so no wonder they want to come here!
