funny right, but as QB said WoT has changed over the years with these fast hard hitting lights and OP heavies, sometimes i feel too that the roles have changed up. WoT was so different like 6 years ago, i mean i like how it is now because everything is better, but yeah the feeling is different. Today's meta is basically Heavy/Light tanks with op stats, sometimes i feel like that Meds and especially TD's are a lot behind, they are just not that versatile to compete with the speed and damage of everything else
@@martineles7369 new autoloader td is great. Pen is good for a medium tank, wich it plays as so might as well compare it to other mediums. Maxed out is it filthy. Yuppers
Heavy have armour, so they good spoters now, can stand on one point and spot for they autoreload fast firing light tank guns. :-)
Not really strange. My spotting record top 3 is Lt-432, Borrasque, Maus. And those records are not very far apart. And the T-100Lt only comes after the Maus. Of those 3 however, the Maus is the easiest to get high spotting with.
Meanwhile, my Borrasque doesn't even have good spotrange, just low 450s. But when you end up sitting in one of the spot-bushes on western Prochorovka map, and the opposition keeps driving forward, easy points.
Well he did explain he set it up for damage dealing rather than scouting.

There is a reason I almost never use gun rammer anymore. Unless there is a very specific condition that allows for double trading, I'd much rather use a different piece of equipment.
In the current hull down infested meta, most engagements don't even rely on dpm anymore. You just peekaboo around corners, pieces of rubble or hill crests. If you need to rely on dpm to stay alive, you have put yourself in a bad position, or the game would have been doomed anyway.

I remember an old video where QB was arguing that the b-c 25t was a better scout than the amx 13 105, it's pretty interesting to see how both tanks have adapted to the new meta(s)

I can confirm, having run multiple 7k plus damage games in my 13 105......out of all my T10s I think the 13 105 is the most balanced tbh.

Always go for the damage because you can't trust someone who has 1 brain cell
In this video he is giving a very bad advice to his viewers. Going for a dmg loadout can very often lose you the game. Yeah, you will make more dmg but in some scenarios you will be the reason why your team is losing. Try to play Prokoravka against an experienced light player with that loadout.

Jokes aside, it's more annoying than dangerous, just like a mosquito, you try to smack it after biting you for hours and once your finally smack it damn it feels good flying and tumbling in the air.

I mean, that's why people want to play LTs. To be annoy your enemies, to make them feel helpless. Arty is more annoying sure but they can't do anything if they can't spot you. Personally, I like to be consistently annoying.

Amx 13 105 is my favourite scout ever. I did all the light tank missions from stug 4 to obj 260 with honours using that vehicle. I just love it!

BC is still a good vehicle. Not the most consistent, but really powerful under correct situations.

Recently started playing the French lights and was having trouble deciding between the Bat Chat or AMX, and this really helped.
13 105, definitely. It is a sweeet tank. If you got the EVEN, you are used to the reload which is pretty much on the spot the same. Perfect time for damage/run/reload/back in battle. And the gun on the 105... Marvelous.
I've been using improved aiming, improved rotation and vert stabs on my amx50B, just ignore the aim time shown, those 3 equipment modules make it so snappy

I love my 13 105, somehow got 11th last month in it. Its fun poking all around the map dealing damage.
maybe you should do a vid on the batchat how to play it in the current meta etc... or perhaps some older tanks like that to see how they changed, I think I am not the only one here that still remembers and loves your older videos (and tanks) like the one on assasin batchat :D

Last weeks i started grinding friench lights again to get to BC25 finally. I must say I'm impressed by bc12t adnw ith turbo-72kph is fenomenal in this ligh small autoloader. I love to use as brawler and sneaky dmg dealer. Now i will for sure go to AMX 13

Qb, the rotation device doesn't add reduced dispersion. The reduced dispersion is there to counter the extra turning speed, since the turning speed would decrease your dispersion on itself. It doesn't add to V-stabs
I'm running the -5% dispersion myself instead, to pull off some distance shots when it gets to passive scounting early and midgame
I'm currently climbing my way up the tech tree towards this tank, I like the French lights, especially because of the Autoloader and the looks. I'm currently at the AMX 12t and I love it.
13 90 is fantastic you'll see, for me it's the best tank of the line

What an amazing replay. Just zomming in and out and pumping damage.
Now with the field mods, you can have a scout set up for the tier 10 battles and battle set up for the tier 8 or there's more than 2 LTs in your games :D
I have both Bat Chat and 13 105 and I love both tanks. I love Bat Chat because of that big magazine and shell velocity and penetration is much higher than 13 105 and it even has better view tange. But 13 105 with better reload time,gun depresion,cammo and bit better mobility fells fantastic so I like them both but I don't know witch tank is better. I like both.
The dispersion knock off from the irm is literally just the 10% more dispersion the rotation gives you, so you get the same handling with just vertstabs just not the same turret and tank rotation.

I enjoyed playing the 13 105 more than the batchat 25t too even with only the vert stab mounted on it. It's just easier to use than the batchat 25t.

I unlocked the TX batchat a while ago but had such a rough time with the t9 I didn't bother buying it. The batchat is now top of the tree and I'm thinking about buying it since it's on discount.
But yeah im thinking about working on the 105 I have in my garage but haven't played it much yet. It definitely has its charm tho

I'm not a great player, actually almost a Muppet. But after watching this video I said "What The hell!" and bought the AMX 13 105, decking it out as you did (Vents, Rotation, Stabilizer). First game 5 rounds of standard ammo over 1800 damage. I was on a good team and most likely could have done better if the rest hadn't beat me to more. Thx for showing how important it is to set a tank properly, regardless of type. It's near a tierX Bourrasque, great handling, fast and deadly accurate. THX

Finally someone that understands me. The AMX 13 105 is my only tier 10 light tank and i like to play it as a damage support tank for mediums rather than waiting in bushes.

QuickyBaby I read something interesting that the rotation mechanism doesn't actually reduce your dispersion. It increases your rotation speeds, which would normally increase dispersion, but the improved rotation mechanism simply only cancels out that increased dispersion. Is that true? So you really only have vert stab doing the real decreased dispersion.

Ok confirmed vents, vert stab and the rotation device works like a charm.
I play my Sheridan as a medium and its honestly more enjoyable then my ebr because it just feels more solid.
I would never argue against such a result, but for me as you will get matched against another light I want to be able to fulfill the LT role as well. Nice thing about autoloaders is no matter how shite your setup is, the clip is the same.
My AMX is set up with optics, a vision system and turbo. I can use the awesome camo on the tank to fulfill a damn good scout role while selecting targets or situations that require an autoloaders brute touch, and that setup works better for me than the old damage setup I used to have on it. The gun handling you sport here looks oh so sweet but I don't know if I ever saw a situation where it was utterly necessary; when you got the side or rear of a TD you don't need the handling. That's at least my philosophy.
Granted, you can never outcompete a T100 or EBR or even a Manticore in terms of scouting ability, but the scout setup I have allows you to get pretty damn close by being sneaky, and then for when the situation calls for it you can strap on the autoloader and deal the damage.

Set it up the way you want and play your own style, not QB's. That's what most people don't get.
Agree. Small clip and better camo makes it more flexible. You can't sit for 10 seconds to kill a tank most of the times. I found playstyle of this tank and bourrasque quite similar.
And I'm not against experimenting with setup. I think i use vents, optics and vstab, but there are significant differences between light tanks and not all of them can success in scout role. By far best active scout and LT destroyer are EBR105 and premium EBR. ELC EVEN and LHMTV are pretty good scouts (and completely crap tanks). M4190 can't scout at all, because great view range does not compensate it's bad camo and it's easy to hit and kill.

Quickybaby, I respect your opinion on the 13 105. But If you double stack bonded vert stabs with bounty rotation, you get the batchat to god tier gun handling status. And if you use regular vents. I'd say that for me, I get into more scenarios where I need the 5 round mag then when I need the three round mag. I have yet to try the 13 105 in the way you are promoting, but this is just my opinion that the batchat with double stacked bonded and bounty rotation and vert stabs is way better for me.
I also prefer this one over B-C 25T, it feels really good to play with it.
With stacked equipment does it have the same dispersion values on the move as a EBR?
I am a light tank main been playing mobile WOT for a year and ready to take on French lights like in mobile and this showed me the light I was going to go down the armored car line but now I’m not going to thanks this video thank you QuickyBaby
On counsel, we have the AMX 13 105 and the HMH 58, basically an AMX 13 105 with less pen and slightly worse mobility. The HMH 58 is a Tier Eight premium French Light Tank. That's based off of the AMX 13 105 down tiered.
This sums up what the bourrasque is at tier 8 and that's what I like about the bourrasque

One of few tier X tanks where I get more than 50% win rate. But I do run it as passive spotter.
I kinda feel like if you're not running full bond / bounty equipment then passive spotter with the ability to assassinate now and then is always going to be more reliable in this tank. Maybe that's just me though.
I actually had the same feeling that the bat chat just isn't what it used to be anymore. It's been a long time since I last really wanted to take the bat out onto the battlefield. It's just been sitting in my garrage for a while and I didn't know, why I didn't wanna play it anymore. But it makes sence, what you said. Maybe I'll get myself a 13 105 in the near future...
