Nice seeing Dr Coady again, lovely fella. Missed a call from him today as had phone rejecting unknown callers but found this video when trying to contact him.
1) Marked finger clubbing bilaterally in patients fingers. This could indicate long term lack of oxygen. This is a very abnormal and concerning finding that should be worked up in the patient. 2) Left shoulder is also significantly higher, and muscle bulk on this side of the chest is larger. The patient is likely left handed, but this difference could be commented on or investigated if there was a reason to suspect he had troubles with use of his right side.
