Very good video.I have a question I have Graphtec CE5000-40 and was working perfectly for 2 months after I bought it then my wife get sick and never recover now after 8 years my grandson ask me if he can have I took it from the box I kept and when I push the button on only I ear the fan working but the control panel doesn't show nothing I tried another power cable and still nothing. Please any help?
Hey buddy, I need to ask, as I can't seem to find it anywhere...how does one stop the plotter from cutting other than shutting it down? The pause button will stop, yes, but once you take it off, you are still cutting the same darn thing...I find I have to turn OFF the machine to get it to fully stop an operation before I can continue on after resetting where I want something etc....sheeeesh!. Next: 2) OK, so I am plotting with my pen or cutting, and I want to put what I am doing back at the top of my page/vinyl etc, (where the edge runs along the top of the feed roll and cutter is ) and I find I have to lower the media arm, put it back up, and hit enter BEFORE I can get it to cut something new on my media and at the top where I want it...like really? Is there not a simpler method in doing that? If I don't, it just starts cutting where I left off, which is wasting my material. soo, would you mind a hint or two to a gal who needs this for work? Hey- in cutting master there should be an X where you can clear the job out of the cache. Otherwise- if it stops and you load the cutter, it will start off where it left off. That's in Cut Master 3. If you want to set a new starting point for a new job, you put it where you want it and hit the "Origin" button on the control panel on the actual machine. It's in the lower right corner.
y position alarm. turning the machine on sends it all the way to the left and it hits the edge and goes nuts. opened it up to make sure everything was ok, tried again, it worked out of the blue, but now suddenly it doesn't wanna cooperate. complains of realigning the rollers (they're fine). i think these machines are disposable once they break down. will grab a gx-24 instead of crappy craft robo pro.
I can't get it to stop syncing...it just keeps going....! I did the command to change from HP to GP, all what was asked...but nothing changed...any help please? Thanks!
Thanks for all your help! Turned out to be an issue with the driver...not syncing with the new windows etc and the USB port. that may help others having the same issue. THANK YOU!.
