Dominoes, clearly mentions that they aren't halal cut and use Machine cut, likewise, Pizza Hut, uses Halal meat, they have their certification and they make sure to let their customers know.
Same goes for everyone else who claims to use Halal meat, they have a halal certification ... but if you're telling its a fake, then you need to provide the necessary proof. Did anyone who works in IKEA kitchen, or brings the food, let you know of it ? If so, then you should do everyone of us a favor and see through this ....

I’ve confirmed with the ikea authorities that they source their meat from halal vendors and also have a halal certificate, ignore both, they also have it on their website .. but hey, ek jahil ku kya hi proof de sakte
