A very educational segment with John Maxwell on Leadership where my interests are to build upon. John Maxwell has shared very meaningful insights on Leadership. Keep up the good work.

Great words spoken by John Maxwell like adding value to people. As a Comments Contributor I humbly add value to the Media and the News as I am led to write. This is challenging for me to do . I did not know I am adding value to the Newscasters with my comments from time to time. Thanks to John pointing this out to me. I am encouraged today with this training. Thanks John.

I share with my employees my most prominent weakness, then I ask them to let me know when I do it, and finally (MOST IMPORTANTLY) I tell them the safe phrase to use to tell me when I've done it. I promise them, when they use the phrase, that I will "shut my mouth and listen to them without interruption."
One of the best things I do in my intro discussion with each direct report.
