Can you make it before 2022 full time if students work then it's a criminal record because the GDP is going well at that time and they said students can't work full time due to help-related issues and study going damaged but now in 2023 it's possible because the GDP is going slow and now I ask from everyone for help and other factors are not affected?

UWaterloo should definitely be your first preference. Look at the bigger picture, you are paying for a better future, being a better engineer. Also all the fees would easily be recovered once you get your field job..... Which would be much easier when you graduate from UWaterloo. Also the higher fees would give you a higher valued degree at the same time.
