She'd always been enamored with Mark since her debut. Of course by series 8 she was sick of him, having gotten to know him more and spend more time with him (and have her mindset flipped by the death of Gerard and the receiving of his inheritance).

i honestly dont see it getting better myself, it's just seems to be turning into rubbishy sitcom. the jokes aren't as understated as they were, the plot lines are getting wackier, and more unbelievable, and the bits where the characters talk to themselves are just used for easy gags now, rather than funny insights into their psyche.
Jez's attempts to isolate the band from the label while remaining a member of both was hilarious.
