  • Brown noise is a useful sound masking tool that can block out external sounds and distractions and be used in many different ways. Compared to white and pink noise, brown noise uses mostly lower frequencies and is considered the most soothing to listen to of the three.
► You can get the MP3 download version of this track here: www.mindamend....
► This is a 12-hour version of my smoothed brown noise track here: • Smoothed Brown Noise 8...
► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: goo.gl/2sCCS5
    Use it to:
Help you relax or fall asleep
Block out distracting noise while you're studying
Can help to calm and settle nervous and distressed dogs
    Provide relief for tinnitus
    Recommend Headphones For Sleep
Normal headphones are usually very uncomfortable and impractical to use while sleeping. I've had some SleepPhones for over 10 years now and I highly recommend you give them a try.
SleepPhones are specifically designed for use while sleeping, with thin flat speakers that are contained inside a very comfortable headband. You can use them while lying on your side and they also have wireless versions, making them very easy and practical to use.
You can find out more about them here: www.MindAmend....

This is one of the weirdest yet enjoyable sounds I've ever encountered upon. I can't quite figure out what sound this is, it sounds sort of like a mesh of heavy rain, the subway, cars driving by and the ocean but muted to an extent. This is quite fascinating.

It's what first class in an airliner sounds like... no engine noise, no talking, no crying babies, no rustling chip bags, no noisy eaters, no desperate attempts at airport hookups, and nobody bumping you as they walk back from taking a shit without washing their hands. Also, free booze for the entire flight and if you're too shit housed to walk off the plane when you land, they take you to your next gate in a wheel chair and you don't even gotta put your shoes back on! It's fucking decadent as long as you're a polite and humble drunk.

Best type of noise I’ve found. Blocks out annoying upstairs neighbors -my family thanks you Jason Lewis, for creating/uploading it! It has allowed us to sleep peacefully again. *Noise Reduction Tip* If anyone else has loud neighbors above them, this really helps, but it’s even better w my iPad above our bed, we have a macramé plant holder above our bed that holds my iPad securely. Since the noise come from the ceiling, putting this sound in between the ceiling and the bed has been an absolute sleep saver. You might have to get creative but it’s worth it.

Note about ads in the video. I have always had mid-video ads turned off on all the videos on my channel. I have no intention of ever changing that. However, you should be aware that TH-cam reserves the right to show ads in their terms of use, even when creators have them turned off. So I'm afraid I have no control over that.
I've researched videos and comments on my own and many other channels. TH-cam does appear to insert an ad break on videos that are 8+ hours. This is why you see a most-played part around 6 hours on every long-play music/audio video on TH-cam. If you look at it from TH-cam's perspective, they have to cover the bandwidth costs for many hours of video without showing ads. So although I don't want them there, I can understand why they may be exercising their right to insert them.
A TH-cam premium subscription is the only way to guarantee there aren't ads in any video.

To all who read this: the universe is connecting us all in 2020...be kind to each other and know Your higher power in you cares and is watching over you. I'm So happy with this brown noise video..it's very peaceful and I was more focused the next day after listening for a couple of hours..all anxiety and worry were cast aside and just like that; it all went away. That is what happens when you decide to be coming one with the universe. Good luck to all in this new decade.

This is a great video. I use it to sleep every night. One thing I’ve noticed though is somewhere around 6:00:00 the audio skips for a second and sometimes wakes me up. I can’t find the exact time stamp but I’m sure I’m not alone because there is a lot of activity around the 6 hour mark. Maybe the problem was fixed because I can’t find the exact moment it pauses, but I’m glad this video is up because it is the only one I use to sleep. If anyone is reading this, I hope you get quality sleep tonight 💤

Trying this tonight for the first time! I have tinnitus, trouble sleeping some nights, plus for these next 2 nights I have 2 x Bichon Frise dogs on my bed who are used to sleeping with their owners and a fan running all night!
The dogs have been barking on & off and jumping off the bed as without the fan they could hear occasional traffic outside & random noises. Since playing this brown noise they’ve jumped back on the bed, calmed and laid down! I’m very much hoping the white fluffy pooches & myself will soon be fast asleep!
Thank you for this 12 hour, ad free brown noise video!
