Moondrop SSR cable is so good for what you're paying. Not too bulky, not memory prone and behaves really well in my experience, and also looks decently good. Am using it with my other iem too
Got these and I gotta say, I like how they sound but the seal is constantly broken on my left ear even with spinfits which is a real bummer. I find the stock tips are very nice for other iems, but don't work for these which is kinda funny
Hi, i'm a newbie and want to upgrade from my Moondrop Spaceship. my budget is $100 and here is some of my candidates: 1. Moondrop Aria 2. Moondrop SSP 3. HZsound Mirror Heart 4. Tanchjim Ola I love the sound characteristic from Moondrop, and it's neutral tuning with their spaceship and the clarity of vocals because i listen to j-pop music with strong woman vocal such as Yoasobi, Tuyu, and Sangatsu no Phantasia and some chill lo-fi with vocals such as Asmi and Kojikoji. But sometimes i also listen to (soft) edm such as Honeycomebear and Kirara Magic. I'm searching for all-rounder here, warm bass and clear vocal. is there any suggestion or enlightment on which earphone to upgrade? or even another recommendation would be great!
I binged watch literally all your reviews wherein you used moondrop spring tips just to convince myself if I made the right choice in buying them (you kinda convinced me after all) Just a random suggestion since a "bad seal" technically makes an IEM sound "not as intended" have you ever thought of maybe just using the "spring tips" as your way of reviewing IEMs since it technically fits you perfectly Though it would be nice if you could give an impression difference using stock vs spring tips kinda like what if bad seal what if good seal it sounds like warmish or brightish with stock vs spring Random thoughts after binge watching your reviews love your reviews btw Mark
@@SuperReview when you say fit security you mean like it seals but it slips off? This in particular is the reason why you convinced me to get the spring tips since most eartips do give me decent seal they just seem to move further out of ears overtime
After owning CCA CRA and wanting to return it, I totally agree on statement of budget KZ's being too Sharp, sibilant, irritating, - nauseating. I have BL03 for bass/general but do want alternative for technicality - 360 gaming. I have a feeling you're gonna put out olina review soon. Can you shed light as to which set is more technical SSR/Olina/TitanS or maybe anything else in sub $100 that comes to mind.
I was considering those, but after checking out crin's FR graph of Ola and finding out that they have fr curve similar to my tin t2, so I went with tripowin lea. They have more bass, that is soothed out befor 250 Hz, so it shouldn't overshadow the lower mids. Similar to dusk's FR, but with some more treble. I'm still looking for iem that will sound neutral to my ears. I wanted to try those before buying dusk or original seeaudio yume. If I'll like them I'll probably buy one of those. Then, maybe variations or monarch MK1. Moondrop aria, that is praised by so many, seems a bit to muddy for me. Yes, it's smooth and nice to listen, but it's too dark for my taste. Tin T2, on the other hand, does not produce enough bass imo. So I'm looking for something that have bass that doesn't extends to mids but is present. Original thieaudio monarchs and Moondrop variations have FR that I have to try some day. Bass that flat out before 200hz seems like something that may be the sound that I'm looking for
Same on the Lea. It's a little dry but if you find the right tips it has a very nice satisfying bass. Great vocals. Very easy to listen to and relaxed.
@@MR.ROBOTVOLTRON I rarely use stock cables. I use mostly 4.4 mm output so I bought a few cables cables that I like, and I use them with different IEMs
Lea is a little on the cheap looking but I really found good balanced sound in them myself once I found the right tips and a nice cable. I had the 1more driver and used those tips. Excellent for the LEA.
The live stream went almost three hours -- so I cut out the Q&A to not scare people away from a 3-hour timestamp, but had to wait for TH-cam to re-process the shorter video.
Different people use the terms differently. For me, "flat" would not sound quite neutral. Neutral to me sounds like nothing is emphasized. Flat sounds like vocals are a little under-emphasized.
At least we know the driver is firing properly! Ha, couldn’t help but make the joke Don’t censor the company’s box, let’s all-out CANCEL THAT sh*t 😂😂 kidding of course. Gotta love what Tanchjim has been doing!
I don’t. “earbud tier bass” is a huge detriment and quite frankly ruins any set no matter how well tuned. That bass rolloff is just nasty, along with the fit issues too? tanchjim is getting btfoed by moondrop right now and for good reason

For that service, my friend, you get pinned. Thank you 🙏
Good man.
Moondrop SSR cable is so good for what you're paying. Not too bulky, not memory prone and behaves really well in my experience, and also looks decently good. Am using it with my other iem too
Now if they only sold it separately for like $20 and in different colors too
Yea i used to hv the SSP and to this day the cable on that is still the best stock cable i ever owned ( now own Vesna Evo, CRA, ZEX Pro)
Got these and I gotta say, I like how they sound but the seal is constantly broken on my left ear even with spinfits which is a real bummer. I find the stock tips are very nice for other iems, but don't work for these which is kinda funny
Tripowin lea is not a collaboration between hbb. It is not tuned by hbb
Hi, i'm a newbie and want to upgrade from my Moondrop Spaceship. my budget is $100 and here is some of my candidates:

Of those, I'd pick Aria. Also consider Dunu Titan S, which I like a bit better and is closer in tonality to the Spaceship than the Aria.
@@SuperReview cool! I already ordered aria yesterday, thanks for your reply!
Dunu Titan s , olina review and compare with aria t3 plus, best in 100$ , and it video will rock 👑

what if bad seal
what if good seal
it sounds like warmish or brightish with stock vs spring

I start with stock tips. If I don't get a good seal, it's obvious. But more often the issue isn't seal, it's fit security.
@@SuperReview when you say fit security you mean like it seals but it slips off?
This in particular is the reason why you convinced me to get the spring tips since most eartips do give me decent seal they just seem to move further out of ears overtime
Yes, that.

SSR is my pick personally.
5:30 nozzle is wide and angle of the nozzle is weird, the same issue with the tanchjim zero...
Please do a review of tin t3 plus and compare it to moondrop aria..thanks!
Fire haircut 💯🔥

try the KZ ZEX PRO for a very dusk like sound sig

Oh and that cable sucks. Get a slightly better cable. I'm using the Mele cable on it. That's sufficient.
@@MR.ROBOTVOLTRON I rarely use stock cables. I use mostly 4.4 mm output so I bought a few cables cables that I like, and I use them with different IEMs
This review makes me wonder how they'd sound with a set of good foam tips on them.
I bet it would go a long way to bringing out the bass...
Lea is a bit junk glad I could sold it after, ssr>ssp>leá. btw why this year you'll do less reviews? :€
Busy with work + trying to make more time for old hobbies.
Lea is a little on the cheap looking but I really found good balanced sound in them myself once I found the right tips and a nice cable. I had the 1more driver and used those tips. Excellent for the LEA.
Hello, how do old players like first 3 generations ipod touch compare to today's cheap (under 300$) DAPs? for example shanling m2x or HiBy R3?
For someone who likes the bright sound signature, what do you recommend as a start , SSR or OLA ?
SSR

Any plans on doing a Tripowin x HBB Olina review?
No, no plans. It's a decent set, but kind of more of the same so not that interesting to me. I don't think it sounds as good as the Tanchjims.
Hi! I'm about to buy my first good iem do you prefer ssp over these? Or are there any other i should look for?

Fiio m11 plus review please.
Should i get ssr or ola?
This against the T2 Plus?
T2 Plus is more V, but better I think.
Which one do you think gives the most accurate footsteps of the enemy in the game, please help TANCHJIM OLA///KZ ZES///CCA CRA
Which type c dongle will be good with it?
Any.
Is the moondrop chu better sounding overall?
I prefer Chu, yeah.
is neutral the same as flat?
Different people use the terms differently. For me, "flat" would not sound quite neutral. Neutral to me sounds like nothing is emphasized. Flat sounds like vocals are a little under-emphasized.
Planning to Replace my ZS10 Pro. What IEMs with 5 drivers do you recommend?
Why 5 drivers?
@@SuperReview they might have better sound quality I think.
The number of drivers is really not important, promise 🤙

The censoring was pointless there was nothing to hide. A bunch of people on TH-cam show off the art and nothing happened to them
It was a joke.
lea full review?
No plans, no.
"I was actually thinking of censoring that box"
Why? Don't we have enough censoring in todays day and age?
Not wanting to show weirdly young-looking cleavage on a TH-cam show about audio is not the kind of censorship to be worried about.
I don’t think lea is a hbb collab
Yep, I got that wrong.
