Dont forget that time when HotS had a rune system. Each articact was like 15000 gold and you could equip 3 that just straight up gave combat stats. It was the worst month hots ever. Everyone told the dev team it was a bad idea before they even did it and they rolled back that decision so fast.
Arthas feels great now, one of my favourite tanks
4% more max hp, 8% more Q heal and 18% less E mana cost. You really think it does change anything? Arthas is as weak as he was.
@soak_king he is a bit better. I guess he needed more buffing considering his lack of mobility and escapes once he engages...
@@alexandrupruna8578 Arthas doesn't need buffs. He needs a total rework. His whole kit is super underperforming comparing to other tanks. No mobility, no stuns/silences/displacements, no PvE power, no any kind of supportive things, no real AoE damage. He is basically Putrid Bile Stitches with no hook. I'm sure no one would've picked him if HGC still existed.
