@@saltycucumber2610 actually it’s a penalty game she put for herself. She said at the start of the stream that if she loses she will take a dose of the Chinese medicine. She said the taste is something she really hates and it makes her want to throw up ( bitter and tasting weird at the back part of her tongue ).
The medicine is supposed to be good for the throat and was recommended to her by her voice training teacher

I've only been in the hole a few months, and don't know that much about japanese culture. I assume it must be normal for japanese idols to vomit on camera/in public since this idol agency does it so often. I shall move forward with life assuming this to be true.
