Hi Sharon, great question! I actually really like bitless bridles (hackamores) and I use them to start colts up until a few weeks or so if riding. I don’t think there is a large difference in actual functionality. Maybe I should make a video about this? I have lots of thoughts on the two bridles. 😅
That’s a very clever question! 90% of horses that are mentally mature will be able to learn and concentrate for 1 hour. If you mix it up just enough to keep them entertained and repeat things just enough to keep them learning then you’re doing well! I find my average lesson to be around 45 minutes.
Literally you are the best. 👍🏻👍🏻
All the glory to God! 🙌🏼
Thank u Daniel.
So welcome! 😊
What are your thoughts on a bitless bridle? The woman who first taught me to ride never used a bit.

@@HorsePerfect I would love to hear your thoughts.
@@sharonh.6702 🙌🏼 I’ll make a note to film that video 👍🏼
What are your thoughts on the ideal training session length? I don’t want to overdo it, and have my mare lose motivation.
