Something that I like to do when I unbridle my colts/fillies or just any horse in general is that I like to stand by their shoulder and tilt their head toward me, which lets them drop the bit and it is more comfortable.
Hey, so i bought a green gelding and hes very ear shy he goes nuts if you go any close to his ears, hes already in work, but i find it annoying to take the bridle apart to put it on him, im working on his trust and he lets me scratch his forehead sometimes, does anyone have any tips for getting him used to having stuff around his ears?
LOVE your video series!!!

My horse has been started already but doesn't love the bridle. do you think it would still be beneficial to use the molasses?
Absolutely worth a try!
