She had already cooked chicken & broccoli over noodles for their lunch. They each had a banana for their afternoon snack. She's very particular about their eating habits & that's why I asked her for permission to buy donuts!
I had an aunt and uncle who would come visit us in their big Cadillac from LA to San Diego occasionally and they always brought a box of donuts. Donuts and they gave each of us nine kids a silver dollar. We were poor so it was really exciting. Long, long time ago and of course they died a long time ago too. I love donuts just can’t eat too often❤️

Krispy Kreme's are the very best! Always had those in Mobile. I don't dare touch many these days, if any. Lol. Too hard to stop eating! They probably have one in New Orleans, but in this parish, they do have Dunkin. Don't go though. Cute bears❤️. I pray you feel better soon!🙏🙏🙏

Here where I live we have several that is owned by people from Cambodia, they make the best donuts so I would say they're not a chain their mom-and-pop type and they are so good. One of my favorites is a cake donut with Maple or chocolate with nuts on it. Your grandchildren are so cute cuz I couldn't see the face but I could hear them and their sound so sweet and those bears are just darling feel good feel better and God bless you

When we lived in Covington, we'd drive to Mobile often to take the kids to the KK to watch them make the donuts & eat them fresh & hot
We just got a Dunkin doughnuts where we live, I love their munchkins but Krispy Kreme is definetly my fav but Dunkin will have to do lol
