It depends on pain tolerance. But, breathing techniques help and mindful meditation as well. Either way, it’s the mama’s choice.
I had my daughter in an hour 35 minutes without any meds and my son was like 4 hours with the epidural.... this pregnancy? I'm going for the comfort of the epidural again lol
My last one she came fast didn’t even have time for epidural I was waiting but I didn’t need it cus she was out and I thought I kept having to pee so I kept sitting on the toilet almost had her on the toilet but my first child took a little over 30 hours I was exhausted and he was 9.7 21 and a half inches long!
