I actually don't know, what I know is that Doris Day sang this song and in the rest of the tribute to Dame Elizabeth Taylor, anyway, the songs weren't really 'tribute songs', like songs she sang or that remind people of her... So it might just be a random choice... I'm glad you liked the performance, I think she was absolutely flawless both with the singing and her looks
