I have pretty bad consistency since I never actually do runs, only do xcam practice or routing stuff (which I find doing those things more fun anyway) but yeah hopefully I'll start doing more runs as well so that I can develop more consistency in my gameplay including learning which strats to avoid since they are too risky. I think I lose a lot of time to trying to do the fastest strat which is inherently riskier

Yeah, maybe try taking a little less deaths. Going slower sometimes is faster in the end, since strats that save a few seconds are only worth it when they're not a lot harder.
