I swear I think v2 sounds better. I usually realize when my opinion is blinded by nostalgia, but this is not the same. Her v4 sounds a lot "sweeter" in Soft and Hard, I prefer her more mature sound. And well, ngl, the fact that most of her best songs were written in v2 also helps.
I like all 3. However, they should have had a recreation of her V2 voicebank. The Kagamines have power which is supposed to sound like their Act 1/Power Append (and for the most part sounds very similar), Kaito and Meiko have straight which is meant to sound like their V1 voicebanks and Miku has original. Luka has Native E.V.E.C., but it isn't close enough to her V2.
Luka V4x soft loses a little bit of the clarity, but I think it’d sound better with slow songs than the V2. As great as the V2 is, I’ve gotta say that the v4x is better.

Eu prefiro a luka v4x pq a voz dela é mais suave e mais boa quando vai fazer travalínguas, mas a luka v2 tem uma voz mais grossa e é mas difícil de usar em travalínguas em outras engines vocaloid,tipo o 5 a voz dela n consegue conter o tempo e começa a travar já quando ela é usada no vocaloid 2 a voz dela fica melhor pq o range,pitch,e brth se encaixam e consegue deixar a voz dela concentrada. Mas quando a luka v4x é usada no v5 sua voz fica mais soft e seu brth fica mais suave o seu pitch e range tbm se encaixam só q melhor,é pq engines do vocaloid 2 em outras engines V,suas vozes n conseguem se monitorar através de outras engines pq a voz deles são mais feitas para vocaloid 2 pq o vocaloid 2 tem uma engine localizada q permite q as vezes algumas vozes travem em algo desse tipo ou desabilitam outras funçõem, só a SONiKA msm pra se livrar de METADE disso tudo ;-;
Can we all agree the boxart on her v2 is much better though also her v2 design is a lot better imo. its such a small thing to complain about but her newer design lacks any personality. her more salmon-ish hair color and stoic expression compliment her a lot. i don't know why they thought changing that was a good idea.

Inclusive os Kagamines ACT2, se vc usar no V3 ou V4 vai soar mt ruim, mas dentro do V2 é muito fluido.

luka v4x is waaay better if you understand that they are made to sound more HUMAN or atleast better, so in that way it does the work way better than v2, well because it is v4 lol.
Warning. While you can use V2 voicebanks on Vocaloid 3/4, it wrecks the clarity in their voices and makes them sound extremely muffled compared to their original counterpart.
