Great tutorial! I just installed the Fritizing program yesterday because I decided it was time I began prototyping my arduino projects to save for later, and this video really helped me get acquainted with the program quickly.

Nice tutorial Troy! I have noticed that the resistors/diodes are always laying horizontal, is there a way to stand them up - color bands not visible?

Thanks for the video... Drawing Automotive/motorcycle wiring diagrams; 3 questions: 1) Are lines "customizable"? 2) Can lines be setup with attached labels? example: "2.5mm BL/GN" (2.5sqmm, Blue/green)... blue line with green "slashes" (as with MS Word Draw). 3) Does Fritzing also have a download-able automotive components (i.e. Bosch relays)... posting is not only for you but also your readers... thanks.

    Good afternoon Master
I want to ask, how to upload an ESP32 sketch/program that has been made, how to do it "in Fritzing Software".
Because I was looking for nothing, the choices were just that, there was no ESP32 module or the like.
    .
    Please help master 🙏🙏

Hold down CTRL when dragging out a new bend in the wire. eg - hold down the CTRL key and left click anywhere along a straight wire and drag.

      ?
8€ is not much money for software that
      - will belong to you (no motherfking subscriptions or similar)
      - is open source
      - easy to use
      - quality
Id prefer this software to be free as well, but because of (unfortunately most people) who wouldn't pay for free software (looking at you), it isn't.
What people like YOU need to understand is, that software takes time work and effort to program. And full time developers need to live of something.
If enough people donate, you can offer it as FOSS as it was before. People didn't. And devs still need to pay rent, food and whatever else.
However: 8.€ IS NOT MUCH MONEY for software that won't fcking spy on you. And it won't. it's still OSS software. Mad respect for that.
.... Since its OSS, technically it's still FOSS tough. You can get the newest version without paying a dime, 100% legal from github. You'll need to compile it yourself tough. But I'd rather pay 8$ and get an appimage even if I was a cheap ass. Though I *could* compile it myself; not sure you had the capabilities.

Supporting the software development is always a good idea, but I'm unsure if it means the version shown in this video is still free if sourced elsewhere vs the newer version on the site now. I guess it's still technically open source since it's on github.

@@TroyBaverstock No: not in this case its misleading the website is awful and even some contributing members are not happy about this payment being forced on potentially new members, they really should no longer call it an open source project, shame on them!
