After reading some of the Chinese websites, I can only conclude that the expected diameter of an almost fully inflated bobo balloon is around 4 inches less than what the package says. For example, if the package says 24 inch, the “fully inflated” bobo balloon would roughly have a diameter of (24-4)=20 inch. I have seen a TH-cam video about overinflating a bobo balloon. The popping sound does not sound loud and scary.
These can be such a pain and I tend to avoid them, even though they are truly stunning when they work. Thank you for these tips - I'm going to push through my fear and really practice with these.

I know what you mean, I spent my entire life in Florida until this year and I have had some problems with heat + balloons 😅I actually have only ever used these on indoor creations, so I don't have much feedback for you on that, I'm hoping someone else chimes in who has used them outdoors. The description page for them does say direct heat can make them pop, so I am imagining they maintain their clear coloring but don't last very long outdoors (like most balloons, tbh). I'm making my bobo balloon with flowers but the seam in the balloon doesn't come in the middle for me. One side is small and one side is big. How do you fix that?
Hi Gayle! I haven't had that happen to me with Aqua Bobo balloons so I'm guessing here, but have you tried inflating further to see if it evens out? Maybe it didn't have enough air in it yet to go fully round? XOXO, Rach
