Very informative. This seems like a very useful technique for many projects. Q: Can LED Lights be placed inside the clear HELIUM balloons along with reflective Mylar (or Xmas tinsel) and become an instant RESCUE BALLOON? If about a 100 feet of durable fishing line is used to anchor the balloon, it could probably be picked up on radar as well. Ideally, if the LED light could strobe out an S.O.S. SIGNAL SEQUENCE, it could be marketable as a perfect location device on the ocean or in wilderness areas.
This could mean that there is a problem with the heat seal. One way to test this would be to try cutting and resealing a Clearz with the valve still in, this will show you if you are heat sealing back up correctly. I hope this helps!
This wouldn't be possible. Unfortunately, the heat sealer will not work with the fishing line, and will leave a small hole where air will escape. You will need to tie off as demonstrated in the video :) if there isn't anything passing through the valve, then there is no reason why the heat sealer shouldn't work. I hope this helps!

Sorry to hear this. You could try stretching and tying the neck of the Crystal Clearz, if the balloon still deflates it is likely to be an issue with the heat seal. To test this you could leave the valve in for one of the balloons you are resealing and inflate, the valve will ensure no air is escaping from the neck of the balloon and therefore must be fromt he heat seal. Hi there, our heat sealer is set to '4' which is about half way on the temperature control. It will be slightly different from heat sealer to heat sealer so it would be worth doing a couple of test pieces. Hope this helps!

I used balloons to tie off ..air came came out after a week ..why?
