- Thank you for watching! My wife and I have started this NF journey to help overcome some past issues and trauma that have started effecting our current day lives. I am very familiar with NF and have watched most of his videos, but my wife hasn't seen or heard any of NFs music so this is truly her first time watching him!

As a fellow veteran with my own demons, a) salute to you both, and b) NF has done so much to help me process what I've been through...sharing my own story (via therapy or otherwise), doesn't help me work through things very much, but listening to others' stories does and NF is a masterful storyteller. While I know one of you has already listened to a lot of his music, I find that re-listening to it as well as sharing his music with others gives me additional perspective; thus, I'm hopeful that this journey helps you both (by revisiting on one side and experiencing it for the first time on the other) work through your trauma.

Subbed for more NF! Thanks for your service. NF has an Intro for every album although after his third album he quit calling them Intros (Intro 1, Intro 2, Intro |||, The Search, Clouds, and Hope are all Intros). As an Intro they all have the same characteristics: No chorus, Fast raps, Cinematic Beats, Haunting Choirs, and Orchestras. These you will see in every Intro. NF hides all kinds of clues and tidbits in his videos. We also see him kick a chair or have a bench in every intro. He also mentions the map in this song, and the caution tape will come up in future songs.

My father was Navy, mother was Army, I'm married to a USAF vet, and I did a term of civil service. Every uncle on either side and both grandfathers were/are career military. My oldest brother, who is no longer living, was Army National Guard and Department of Homeland Security. 🇺🇲
NF is my favorite artist - and I don't listen to rap either! 😅
One of his songs saved my life one particular day back in 2017 ("Remember This"), and his song called "Paralyzed" actually made my husband cry - which I've only seen twice in the 10 years we've been together...that one really showcases his beautiful vocal skills.

I love seeing new people joining this journey and how it it applies to their own mental health journey. Like hes said before he probably never realized the platform he was going to have. And while he gets help himself he is helping so many others

My new nf friends! Great first reaction. Sorry for the long comment but I like “intros “ so I’m 45 and also an army veteran 19 kilo and looking forward to y’all’s journey. And to your wife’s comment about rap and em’s music Dido for me ma’am. However this man’s music has touched my life in a manner of making me a better father to my daughter and son and a better husband to my wife of 21 years and just a better human being! His honesty and transparency in his writing is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced as you will see ma’am on the very next song Mansion! Very nice to meet y’all and look forward to more of these red head reactions and that’s not to take away from your clean high and tight yourself sir but since you already know the material it’s kinda her reaction, plus red head reactors are anything in general red headed is just better😂so I’ve told my wife for years but nope she’s still a blonde 😁😂😭

You should also check out Ren (starting with Hi Ren) also. He’s from Wales and also dealt with a lot of pain and struggle in his life. He’s super creative and dabbles in all kinds of music.

NF is incredible! Take the full journey. Also, when you get to Perception, The Search, Clouds the Mixtape, and Hope albums that you just do all of the song because they're that good. Also,NF DESERVES the views and your reactions.
I took my 2 grandsons to see him in concert in 2021. It was a blast and he really puts on a great show! Have fun with this journey and if you miss something he says don't be afraid to back it up so that you get the full meanings. I subbed for this journey. Good luck on your channel.
