Rain is very abilities hungry and pretty much needs all abilities he can get, so I think he need to sacrifice much to get Wave Dash.

Terminator - when activated has armour and can't be punished by a lot of characters, pretty much forcing a free hit/mixup, BROKE. Skarlet - Disables special cancel + meter burn (tbh this one shouldnt be nerfed) Rain - Wave Dash (Faster Dash Movement, probably shouldnt be banned) Sub Zero - Ground Ice = unblockable and guaranteed combos VERY CHEAP RoboCop Trick shot = annoying to look at, move actually sucks tbh Sindel is just broken with that move in general
