this was hands down one of the best parts in the whole series....during the first part i was in tears...feeling sad for what happened to him..how pathetic he looked AND THEN HE SPAT OUT THAT MEDICINE and atarted sparring w K...the acting skills dongwook displayed throughout the whole show and especially in this particular scene is why he is one of the best actors in the industry!
Yeah, Lee Dong Wook was so good portraying Su Yeol's despair, especially in contrast to his much livelier persona in earlier episodes, that I was afraid he really had been broken by Sin Ju Hyuk. So very well done, Lee Dong Wook!
Su Yeol and K have come so far! 😭 I really love the development of their relationship, I hope K never leaves and always stays by Su yeol’s side. I love these two together. So sad there’s only one episode left, hopefully we get a season 2!

I knew Su Yeol had something up his sleeve- this man is too smart for his own good (I mean he's also stupid asf but we love him anyway), I knew he couldn't have given up completely. I'm so excited for the next episode... but at the same time, it's just a reminder that the show is going to end within two weeks 😭
I kept hoping he had a plan, too, but at the same time, I was afraid for Su Yeol. He had undergone tremendous mental, physical, and emotional strain in such a short time, and it almost never let up. The poor guy didn't have a break. So I couldn't help but think that falling apart was a very real possibility for Su Yeol at that point. All this means the twist was awesome 😎
It is actually practically impossible to "heal" a split personality. It's part of you and is created due to intense trauma, and with very specific reasons (according to my knowledge). Split personality may sound cool, but it's not a good thing. It must be extremely difficult to live with, even without considering the trauma and memories behind it, so you really shouldn't think it to be a cool thing based on a fictional drama.

No character development? Su Yeol went from being a corrupt, cowardly weakling to someone who faced his demons and honored his profession. Even K, who's a personality and not a character, showed that he may not be such a heroic element after all. He suffered fear and self-doubt and went from being angry and even disgusted with Su Yeol to someone who believed in him and would willingly disappear, seeing Su Yeol was becoming the man he was meant to be.
They were ex lovers, but at one episode they kinda seemed like they got back together (or at least still had feelings for each other) but after that it was never really cleared up what their status is, they never really talked about it
