I gottan say i'm really impressed with the usage of only bought parts and no any serious metal fabrication done. But If you are willing to learn new stuff i reccomend entering some forums and discussing some of the components you used. I think none of the drive train components will hold up more than several rides. But you can totally fix that and built a better one so that's an opprotunity to learn. Some of the elements that are badly desgined: 1. The gear ration is not correct for such a motor. 2. All the brackets are thin steel sheets with a very low moment of inertia. those will fail either from the motor load or from the just random bumping in stuff. 3. The motors are exposed to rocks and debree hitting them. 4. The shaft of the final motor is way to thin to withstand the torque exerted by the four motors together. wish you the best imporovment for the next time!

Those motors must be burning. They are high speed. With reducer, it would be much better. It is worth buying cheap spare parts on aliexpress and build regular ebike for less than 200 bucks. Or premade conversion kit for similar price.

Very innovative. However I see a lot of problems with dependability, especially in the 4 motor plate exposed to damage. The lead acid batteries will not last long better to use LiFePO4. Bending in the motor mount will wear the motor shafts quickly, why not use one large motor?
I badly need to have this to prolong my life. Im suffering from kidney failure as i only have 50% left of it. Yes, it use ordinary motorcycle battery to work, but you can use another type of battery too as long as your battery has sufficient voltages to supply that four motors. And to charging the battery you will need an appropriate battery charger... Hope this answer helpful to you...

Cool but some design flaws for sure, maybe try putting the brakes back on and mount the motors in the centre of the frame, connect the chain to drive the largest outer sprocket on the crank and the smallest from the crank to the largest rear sprocket, once you’ve started pedalling turn on the power and use the motors as power assist, you will still have to pedal so you don’t put so much load on the motors but it should be much lighter to pedal
I have one question, do you have to use two dc controllers or one is enough? Because part with connecting controllers is a little complicated for 14 yrs old🥴

Do you know if running a 36v battery and 36v rated controller on a 48v hub is legit? Like, will I ever run into any type of issues?
It is nice work, but that rachet will come off because of the thread direction. The pulling force of the motors will loosen that rachet from the hub.

Those many dc motors are required. 775 motors aren't very powerful.
