One of my fondest memories as a kid, was going out over the road with dad in the truck over summer vacation. One summer, he had a dedicated run from Dana Corporation in Reading, PA to Madison, TN hauling in frame rails to the Peterbilt plant when it was still in operation. I loved seeing all the brand new trucks lined up and waiting to be shipped out.
Ok Bruce you have to go to the KENWORTH ASSEMBLY PLANT. To see how a REAL MANS TRUCK should look like...DAMN A PETERBILT KENWORTH FOREVER BABY. WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Lol, I've been to the Kenworth factory back in 2016 and it was a cool experience and with all of the changes since then I'm sure it's even more cooler. Then again, the T800's or W900's are no longer built there.

Yep, almost like my bosses company. I called it the CLS crayon box, trucks started out as one primary color and then changed into a variety of colors.

Hello, am a big fun to this channel despite being also a trucker. You are doing great men.
Worked there a few years ago, and all the different specs cause very less disruption than expected on the assembly line, the parts are in kits by truck so some boxes have more stuff in them.
They will let you drive your new truck off the line and onto the dyno. They probably won't let you film but the 10 spindle and frame flipper are both cool.
Did they let you ride in the tow truck on the way back from Dyno??
@@mattbrewer9487 No, the dyno was 20' off the line then before the expansion out back was done. Just walked back.

I built the plant my best friend whom passed from cancer caused by agent orange his oldest son does repainting there and another friend is in quality control. I have owned and driven several Peterbuilt trucks but own a W900 now have room for my 6’5” built self plus mine is a 99 work in progress diving a new model Peterbuilt for another man until rates go up and fuel goes down or should I say President Trump is back in office
