    How is he working and claiming disability? Is that legal? I know a man who got in big trouble because he mowed his yard - even used a riding mower. And as far as I know, student loans and taxes are unable to be filed for bankruptcy. My debt is less that 1000 - I can't imagine the stress he has. Good luck. He can move to a less expensive house to help. If he owns the house, he can rent it to make the payments while increasing wealth and living cheaper.

    • @JBrown-go8ru
      @JBrown-go8ru 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      VA disability. It’s legal. It’s completely different than Social Security/Workers Comp disability. I am a 100% rated disabled veteran, and can still work. To explain how this works would take too long on TH-cam. There’s a wealth of information out there. Essentially, you enter military service 100% whole. Any injuries caused from your service, no longer makes you “whole.” The VA compensates you for any injuries, or anything that aggravated an existing symptom. You lose an arm, you are compensated. You were sexually assaulted, causing trauma, you are compensated. You lose your hearing, you are compensated. I think you get the point.

You want him to leave that situation and start racking up medical bills? Seriously do some real cost bemefit analysis here.
