affirmations don’t work-collect evidence

I don’t know how this popped up on my TL…. But thank you. I always used to be someone who would say “I’m a person of my word” but I break promises to myself daily, alongside fighting punctuality!
This was some food for thought 😢

@@jayb.5114 it’s like, we are who we are when no one’s watching. it’s hard to keep promises cause sometimes we overlook the importance of self accountability
