Interestingly they have not specified. But I'd guess they'll test you more on the statistics and probability part of math. Simple data science and Machine learning concepts like classification (knn, naive Bayes', svm, etc) and clustering (k means, dbscan, etc) and of course, be thorough with gate cs as well (if you can).
Normally I'd have said BITS but I have no idea how IIITA is handling Covid situation. Also I can't directly compare because I have not studied at IIITA. Anyways both are reputed institutes but BITS gets you more respect. But online teaching is not good here, and I'm pretty sure not good at IIITA as well.
